Finally! A replacement for SubmitToTab that works properly on Firefox 4! Thanks to you, now I can finally upgrade to Firefox 4!! :) And the restartless is pretty cool, too. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (126.96.36.199).
@Mike - But what's the cost of the extra functionality of other D&D addons? The reason why I like lightweight and simplicity is because it's more reliable; I've used EDtG and have encountered problems with how it interacted with other addons. My experience is that the simpler, the more reliable. And QD's functionality is already pretty good. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (188.8.131.52).
It's really useful, but there is one tiny little thing that bothers me: the toolbar button icon is, um, not that pretty on anything other than a white background. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (4.4).
Need to ignore the version check, but it works great. Hope this finally gets fixed in the browser so that we don't need an addon for this!
There are lots of drag-n-drag extensions out there, but I still use QuickDrag because, compared to the rest, it's simple, lightweight, stable and very, very reliable. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (184.108.40.206).
Con: Firefox is secure. Most of this "security" stuff is hyped up and not really accurate. I use it for stopping annoyances, not for the "security" that if offers.
Con: Would be nice if there was a blacklist mode instead of being whitelist-only.
I love this addon! It's a breath of fresh air to not have to deal with Roadrunner's error page redirects any more. I also like being able to screen all those shortened URLs. Just one little suggestion: lots of people don't know that they can configure addons through the addon manager, so maybe you can show a reminder when people install this for the first time? This review is for a previous version of the add-on (1.2.1).
