The extension sits on your desktop, side by side real online poker rooms. It captures the cards shown on the poker table, evaluates your hands, calculates your odds and gives you advice on how to play your starting hand.
About this Add-on
All you have to do is install the add-on, tell it which online poker room you want to play on, open the online poker room of your choice, tell the tool which seat you are sitting at and the tool will automatically start reading the cards you are holding.
The tool will give you information about the value of your starting hand. This will guide you as to whether you should call, raise or fold. As the community cards are displayed on the table the tool will continue to calculate the value of your hand and will present you with simple, easy to understand statistics of your chances to win or lose.
Currently the PokHelper add-on works with the following compatible poker rooms:
More rooms can be used with the PokHelper Editor extension.

PokerEval 3.0.1 is being updated to PokHelper 4.0.3.
To create your own collections, you must have a Mozilla Add-ons account.
The add-on can eventually access external servers to notify that cards have been recognized using a particular refset (the data set used to auto-detect cards on a specific server). The cards themselves are not sent over.
Those statistics are gathered anonymously for the only purpose of informing users that a given refset has become obsolete (the Poker server changed the way the table looks so the cards are not recognized anymore).
If you use a custom built refset (created with the PokHelper Editor addon), this new refset may be sent over to external servers to be shared with other users.
