Does exactly what it says on the tin. Rated 4 out of 5 stars
Somebody said the bars "disappear" but that's a feature... "auto-hide", and that's disabled by default (at least in the latest release I just got).
This addon even works on other builds of Firefox, such as Light.
All options seem to work just fine and you are not automatically subjected to ads either, it politely asks you to confirm supporting and receiving ads or to not accept ads at all.
Fair program and does exactly what it says and doesn't add useless additional stuff either.
I would pick 5/5 score, but multirow doesn't work when you put the bookmark row in the tabs-area through Customization, it leaves the space of the original bookmark row there and overflow the tab-space, it also invaded the right-click menu of the bookmarks page and gives no option to remove that. (I'm a picky voter)
Toolbar disapears for unknown reason. (useless) Rated 1 out of 5 stars
This didn´t work, epic fail, no support or money from me. I will delete this bullshit. You have failed! Fake app reportet.
broken Rated 3 out of 5 stars
it only half works on firefox 53.0a2 (developer edition).
any row beyond the first seems to randomly disappear, clicking on a folder brings it back.
I assume this is because of e10s, as it doesn't happen on earlier firefox versions and the roomy bookmarks addon has this problem as well.

I Don't Think So and Not Nice Rated 4 out of 5 stars
Why I did not click yes to "support Multirow."
1) Trust. Advertisers, and those pushing their ads become, if not already, corrupt when given a conduit to users' computers. "Power corrupts. Conduit to users' PCs corrupts absolutely."
2) My next thought was that permitting such a thing will probably break my current configuration, an all too often occurrence--"Trust us. Oops. Must be your PC, etc." I then gave a glance at Firefox, and it had ALREADY happened; My settings had already been changed. [Insert game show losing sound here.]
Sorry Charlie. I was born at night, just not last night.
So called replacement mentioned by gpooh Rated 1 out of 5 stars
The socalled roomy boookmarks toolbar mentioned on March 5th by gpooh isn't a real replacement for multirow BM toolbar. It litterally crops the folders together and the upper and lower part of the multirwow bars aren't well aligned vertically. The GUI sucks. Further more it does it little too much aside from just making more than 1 bookmarks toolbar, which perhaps is the reason why I can't align it properly. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (184.108.40.206-signed).
This alternative actually works Rated 1 out of 5 stars
I've been a long-time user of Multirow Bookmarks Toolbar Plus, but it seems the developer has abandoned it. The "Plus" version is supposed to be the latest, but that doesn't work anymore either.
Like others, I can no longer add new bookmarks or rearrange existing one directly with the toolbar. I've tried, as the developer had once suggested, to first delete the older version before installing the new one. It seemed to worm momentarily, but then the problem returned.
Fortunately, I found this alternative that works well with the latest Firefox (on both PC and Mac):

Shame since it's the only one out there
Multirow Toolbar won't show all toolbars Rated 1 out of 5 stars
I exported my bookmarks to IE as per an IT guy's suggestion. I have them saved as bookmarks toolbar, bookmarks, unsorted bookmarks. Now when I use firefox, I only see one toolbar and a >> thing to find more toolbars or go to "bookmarks". I want to have my 5 rows back! Nothing I've tried has helped, and I've been trying for a week. Someone said to go back to FF 32. I am doing that now. Any suggestions? This review is for a previous version of the add-on (18.104.22.168-signed).
No more compatible with FF 33 Rated 1 out of 5 stars
Same remark as "ZNTB2 " - Multirow Bookmarks Toolbar does no longer work with FF (version 33), only two rows can be shown. It works however if you place the toolbar to the bottom of the screen. Not nice, though. Please provide an up-to date version. Thanks a bunch. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (22.214.171.124-signed).
