How to use it? I selected some ASCII text and clicked "convert to Unicode" in the Popup menu, but nothing returns.

Only for Mongolian

This is only for Mongolian cyrillic old fonts like Arial Mon (Monkey, Realmon). It converts old encoding to new unicode Mongolian cyrillic encoding not for all ASCII code.
