Simple and effective Rated 5 out of 5 stars

I've been using Link and Forminfo forever, and it does what it says well and reliably.

To the author: It's a little hard to find. I had to reinstall it and searched addons.mozilla.org for "link and form info" (note the space between "form" and "info") and didn't see it. I almost gave up and used another extension, but tried one more time using a search engine and found it (using "link and form info site:addons.mozilla.org").

Easily accessible when needed, but with minimal impact on the user interface Rated 5 out of 5 stars

I've had the venerable Web Developer extension installed ever since it was released, but as Firefox’s built-in developer tools have become more powerful I’ve found myself using progressively fewer of its features, and so I plan to replace it with more focussed add-ons and reclaim the 26 pixels taken up by its toolbar.

Link And Forminfo provides an alternative to the Web Developer extension’s ‘View form information’ feature. It adds Links and Forms tabs to the Page Info window, replicating a feature removed in Firefox 3. This is an ideal location for this information: easily accessible when needed, but with minimal impact on the user interface.

Was using, links-and-forms, but switched to link-and-forminfo because it was being maintained and had some additional features like sort columns. Very nice.

Version 1.0.7 does work with Mac OS X. I'm using it with Firefox 3.6.16 under Mac OS X 10.6.8 now.

One of my favorite add-ons! It drives me crazy that the Firefox team got rid of this functionality. Thank you for allowing us developers and designers to have it back!!! (and improved!)

I am glad I found this treasure.
After FF3.6, the add-on I was using was disabled due to incompatibility.
It was very hard to find this in the vast add-ons and misleading names.
Anyway, this works great, I especially like the sorting and copy features.
Thank you

nearly as good as before Rated 3 out of 5 stars

I would appreciate an 'id' column and especially if it was able to distinguish the 'value' from 'innerHTML' of button as it was in FF2.
It's an important feature I use with button instead of image button.
With this we can have differents buttons with same name and different values, or innerHTML is only used for translation.
(as usual, can't be used with IE)

Excellent little add on.

I use this many times a day and just don't understand why the function was removed.

Thanks a lot.

Works with AIOS Rated 5 out of 5 stars

I just tested it with AiOS 0.7.6. Page Info works fine in either the sidebar or its own window. Sorry for the second review, but I couldn't figure out how to edit my previous one.

Works great! Rated 5 out of 5 stars

Replaces the functionality lost when updating from Fx 2 to Fx 3. The Links tab is good for accessing any hard to find links in a web page. The Forms tab works too.

WORKS ON MACOS X Rated 5 out of 5 stars

Just tested it under Mac OS X Leopard , FF 3.0.1 on an Intel MacBook Pro
I also don't understand why the firefox team removed this essential features : when you develop webapps with forms, it was the easiest and much used tools!
So GREAT thanks for this plugin

Does not work together with "all in one sidebar". As stand alone addon - perfect.

can't guess why the link list was removed from ff 3.0. Thanks for the addon, it works also with linux.
