fajnie że blokuje animacje ale brak możliwości włączenia animacji które byśmy chcieli obejrzeć tak jak w przeglądarce Opera Turbo

А зачем это? Rated 3 out of 5 stars

Чем оно лучше, чем click2play в about:config ?

I am from Kerala, India. This is an excellent extension. Its a damn monster. It really really blocks flash ads, banners & videos quickly. So, websites load blazing fast even on my 2G internet network, which is significantly super slow than 3G & 4G. You can block not only Flash, but also HTML5, Silverlight with ease & You can unblock them with 1 click.Remember, before using HTML5, You must disable Flash plugin. So that, You can use Ultra fast HTML5 than Flash. 5 stars for Flashblock 1.5.17(110KB only)!!!!!!!!!!!

Works as advertised... for the most part. One real problem I've found is that adding an exception is not as easy as one might think, and for some websites it appears completely impossible. Specifically, domain names without a leading "www." cannot be whitelisted.

No problems here... Rated 5 out of 5 stars

I access Youtube many times daily, and have zero trouble with this addon. It does what it says it will do and does it well.

I wonder if those who are having trouble have other addons that could be the real culprit?

Thanks for this great addon!

Some problems Rated 3 out of 5 stars

Doesn't work properly on YouTube site. There is no icon in the center of the video-screen to start playing content. I use FF (esr) 24.2.0. Please, fix it !!!

Make Flash content crashes frequently. Have no ideas what happened with the recent combination of firefox, flashblock, or shockwave flash updates. However, flash content seems to crash all the time if flashblock is enabled. I have tried to manually disable each addon I installed and when flashblock is disabled, flash content stops crashing. So yeah... I love this addon but flash keeps crashing is getting on my nerve. Please try to fix this? Thanks :)

Arrow disappears in YouTube Rated 4 out of 5 stars

I'm having the same problem as the last reviewer. I'm using the latest FlashBlock with the latest Flash beta (12), and Firefox Holly - the Nightly without Australis. It occurs on both my Win 7 64-bit machine and my Win XP machine.

I don't play computer games, so I'm not very quick on the trigger. Having said this, I can hit the arrow to start the movie during the split-second it's visible almost every time.

It'd be nice to have this fixed, though.

Not working in Palemoon 24.1.2 x64. The arrow in the middle of the flash video appears, and then disappears in a second. You have to quickly click it, or keep reloading the webpage. Frustrating.

"Whitelist should check the source of flash objects as well" doesn't work Rated 4 out of 5 stars

I have vk.com in whitelist and youtube.com is not there due to autoplay. When I open youtube embeds in vk.com they are blocked no matter what I set up for the mentioned option. I want them to open in vk.com

FF 22.0 Rated 5 out of 5 stars

Cool extension if some stupid flash-banners slow down your browsing performance.

Rated 5 out of 5 stars

Very good and must-have add-on.
Unfortunately it doesn't work with stable Firefox 25, but still works perfectly with all versions of Firefox beta, Aurora and Nightly.

Not working with Vimeo Rated 3 out of 5 stars

Flashblock is not working with Vimeo.
Firefox 25.0
Flashblock 1.5.17

I hate Adobe Rated 5 out of 5 stars

This is awesome. I absolutely HATE Adobe because everything they create does nothing but bog my computer down. Adobe needs to rename all their software 'Adobe Crash v)whatever).

This add-on allows my computer to run faster while browsing.

Nice Rated 5 out of 5 stars

Does its job nicely of blocking all stupid flash ads.

Love it <3 Rated 5 out of 5 stars

Working great, i just love this addon. I only have a request: Twitch.tv changed chat function a few months before and its not working for me( loading wheel keeps spinning and i can't connect to chat), unless i turn off Flashblock, so can we get a fix on that? To show you what i mean, i included a screenshot at http://imgur.com/1a1GK2G

I'm so tired of these losers that give bad reviews because they cannot figure out their computer. Sell your computer, or better yet donate it to someone who might be able to understand how to work it.

Flashblock works great and saves a lot of aggravation by stopping these automatic flash videos dead in their tracks! I recommend it to everybody. I use Flash Block along with Ad Block to make the Internet less annoying.

Great add-on, but not with FF 24.0 Rated 3 out of 5 stars

This one kept my sanity intact by blocking and letting me decide what to show on the screen instead of cluttering up the whole window with obnoxious animations. 3 stars only because the add-on is not working with Firefox 24.0. This one has not been updated for some time.

Does not work with Internet Archive video Rated 3 out of 5 stars

Video on the Internet Archive (archive.org) will not play with FlashBlock enabled. The audio plays, and a second Flashblock icon appears in the middle of the video.

Try, for example, "https://archive.org/details/Aethericmachine14"
