Sigh, broken again in FF 45 Rated 1 out of 5 stars
Apparently because it's unsigned. As usual, zero response from Evernote in their forums, days later.
If you can't trust this is going to keep working, I might as well go to OneNote.
Flawless Rated 5 out of 5 stars
True, first versions were a bit behind Chrome's equivalent, but now everything works without problems, all features on par. Also: currently I'm using FF46 beta (profile updated from FF 45) and I could use it without problems. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (6.1).
Why can't I install on Evernote Web Clipper on desktop/Laptop? Rated 1 out of 5 stars
I love my Evernote , use it for everything. Keep trying to install Evernote Web Clipper 6.1. But Firefox tells me that it's "Not available for Firefox 45.0?", not compatible.
I tried this a few months ago with Windows 7 Pro, and now with Windows 10 Pro.. same answer, can't install/incompatible add on or extension or whatever it is.
But when I check on FF updates it appears that I have Version 44.0.2 installed Feb 16. When I go to FF update, says I have the latest version.
" Congrats! You’re using the latest version of Firefox."
I use the Evernote web clipper on my android phone, although it doesn't always work especially with long NY Times articles
How do I get help for this? Does anyone from Mozilla review these reviews? .Do I complain to Evernote? I pay for a premium account Thanks in advance.
Bof! Cela ne fonctionne qu'une fois sur 100. Rated 1 out of 5 stars
This review is for a previous version of the add-on (6.1).
Great When It Works Rated 3 out of 5 stars
Evernote Web Clipper is an essential tool in my day-to-day life. It allows me to archive articles that might disappear someday, and allows me to quickly and easily search through my clippings in a manner far more effective than performing a Google/DuckDuckGo Search. There are only two issues that I have with this add-on: 1. It logs out more frequently than I would like and 2. Sometimes the clip functionality doesn't work at all, though it seems to work after force refreshing pages most times.
I do NOT recommend clipping directly to the desktop client; I recommend clipping directly to the cloud. This provides for a much more secure, reliable, and robust experience.
Doesnt work at all Rated 1 out of 5 stars
It really should be no stars as I can not get it to work at all. I click the icon, nothing happens. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (6.1).
Doesn't work well with desktop app Rated 3 out of 5 stars
I can send to web evernote just fine, but when I send to desktop, i can't control the destination. So I have to clip to web and then sync my desktop client, consuming bandwidth and free quota. In effect, Evernote wants you to use up your quota as quickly as possible and buy a premium subscription...This review is for a previous version of the add-on (6.1).

Evernote Buttons Rated 1 out of 5 stars
The application, on it's own, is pretty good BUT it's extension for Firefox leaves me flat... literally. To use the extension I have to mouse over the area on my toolbar where the buttons should exist (Clipper and Clearly) and read the tool-tips to make sure of what I'm clicking on because the dark buttons are invisible on my dark toolbar. My Firefox has always been themed to be dark to match the frame on my monitor and be less distracting...I'm not going to change, at this point in the game, just to see Evernote buttons. Since Evernote seems ambivalent to Windows users in general, when it comes to the UI, I will use Nimbus Note and Wunderlist as replacements until visual usability returns. I cannot tell you how regrettable it is to have to abandon the application after all this time, however, I'm sure the extensions I've chosen will work admirably PLUS...I can see the extension buttons!!This review is for a previous version of the add-on (6.1). it's just bad Rated 1 out of 5 stars
Cancelled my subscription from Evernote. Might consider having it again when you guys bring Clearly or Evernote for Linux. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (6.1).
No Highlighting and small text Rated 1 out of 5 stars
As pointed out by other disappointed fellows, there is no highlighting function for "simplified web page" as Clearly do; also the text in "simplified web page" are small without options to adjust the size (let alone font families).
Meanwhile, the highlight function seems fine for Chrome extension.

This add-on doesn't do half the things that clearly did. Screw Evernote. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (6.1).
No highlighting function as in discontinued Clearly Rated 1 out of 5 stars
Too bad, Clearly which is discontinued, had highlighting for simplified web pages. In Clipper all annotation functions only available for screenshots. There is no way you can appropriately highlight a sentence or two, it looks like a child's drawing. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (6.1).

clearly missing clearly Rated 1 out of 5 stars
" the most popular features have been integrated in Web Clipper" so they say.
I say: nay!
I uninstalled this peace of junk immediatly. no clear webpage preview, but grabbing your search data. Bah.
I would give it zero stars. What a shame.
Says it's installed, but. . . . [Firefox 44.0 for Mac OS X (Yosemite); Web Clipper 6.1] Rated 1 out of 5 stars
Web Clipper for Firefox has always been a disaster compared to its siblings for Safari and Chrome. This version is supposed to fix the bug of the button not appearing in the Firefox toolbar. L.I.A.R. pants on fire! Obviously no one on the Evernote dev team has tried their add-on in real life on the latest handful of versions of Firefox. This bug has been around for months and it's a significant piece of egg on Evernote's face. Who are they taking software development cues from—Apple? The Evernote dev team could go into politics. /sThis review is for a previous version of the add-on (6.1). This user has a previous review of this add-on.

Great add-on for everyday Evernote use Rated 5 out of 5 stars
I don't know what's with the non-existence of the add-on and bad reviews, the add-on works just fine. Even the simplified article clipping was fixed recently. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (6.1).
