A pity it doesn't work Rated 1 out of 5 stars
Nothing happens after install (FF57 on Mac), so it doesn't seem to work. A pity, because an add-on like this would be really helpful.
Works very well, but what about privacy? Rated 3 out of 5 stars
Free, but at a cost Rated 1 out of 5 stars
What’s missing in the description, is:
- That your ‘personal’ start/newtab page actually seems to be a page on the developers website.
- You have to register there in order to use any of the features on that page.
Of course: it’s free… as long as you don’t consider sharing personal browsing information and being the object of personalized ads as a payment. For me enough reasons to not use this add-on.
Apart from that: it’s never wise to put all your eggs in one basket.
Simple, precise and effective Rated 5 out of 5 stars
What a nifty little add-on! Simple, precise and effective (in FF 56).
Still love it… but it badly needs an update! Rated 4 out of 5 stars
I really love this add-on (see my earlier review) and use it every day. But since Firefox 55 it’s been marked as outdated… It still works, but the option preferences show unexpected behaviour when you try to change even only one of them and you can no longer change fonts. It’ll probably stop working soon (in FF 57 I think) if it’s not upgraded to the new extension system. So I really HOPE IT WILL BE UPDATED!This review is for a previous version of the add-on (0.7.14). 220.127.116.11 update works well with FF 55.0.3 (Mac) Rated 5 out of 5 stars
Yesterday I updated Ghostery to version 18.104.22.168 (in Firefox 55.0.3) and luckily it seems that the developer has fixed the delay and hang issues. Startup is fast again and Firefox is immediately ready for use - at least on my Mac, and I always startup with a blank page, not with zillions of tabs open. So Ghostery is back on my list of must-have add-ons. Good job! This review is for a previous version of the add-on (22.214.171.124). This user has 2 previous reviews of this add-on.
Still great!… but will it be updated? Rated 5 out of 5 stars
I really love this add-on (see my earlier review), I use it every day. But since Fierfox 55 it’s been marked as outdated… It still works fine, but it’ll probably stop working soon (in FF 57 I think) if it’s not upgraded to the new extension system. So, an upgrade will be much appreciated! This user has a previous review of this add-on.
Love it! … but will it be updated? Rated 5 out of 5 stars
I love this little add-on and have used it for a long time. But now, since FF 55, it’s been marked as being outdated… It still seems to work, but soon (in FF 57 I believe) it won’t any longer. Will it be upgraded to the new extension system? It'll be much appreciated! This review is for a previous version of the add-on (0.3).
Suddenly turned off by Firefox Rated 5 out of 5 stars
Today Dictionary suddenly stopped working - Firefox turned it off because it couldn't be verified. Until today it worked seamlessly in Firefox 54.0.1... Really a shame, since I used it very often, it's a GREAT addon. Hopefully this will be fixed and updated.
Ghostery causes severe startup delay Rated 2 out of 5 stars
I’m still enthusiastic about Ghostery (see my review in 2014), but lately it’s causing a severe delay when Firefox starts up. The same problem as desribed in this review https://addons.mozilla.org/nl/firefox/addon/ghostery/reviews/898726/ . Please, please, I hope this will be fixed.
System: Mac OS X 10.10.5
Firefox: 54.0.1 (64 bits)
Tried restarts with all extensions off etc, Ghostery is definitely the one causing the problem.
I’ll send a message to Ghostery support as well.
Thanks for the update! Rated 5 out of 5 stars
Thanks for the update! For a few days I tried another feed reader (Bamboo), but that was a disappointing and time consuming experience. What makes mPage so excellent is that it’s simple and straightforward. Simply great !This review is for a previous version of the add-on (0.7.12).

Yep, found it: this is the best alternative for the Firesizer add-on since the status bar was dropped with FF 29!
It's easy to put all your favorite browser window sizes in Browsizer: manually or automatically by saving current size, inlcuding the x and y position on the screen. One simple drop down menu, which is accessed in the top tool bar, gives you all the necessary settings.
What I especially like is:
- that you can choose between an icon in your toolbar or the current window size in numbers (which also brings up the drop down menu when clicked)
- that set sizes can have an extra label/description
The only flaw maybe: it seems you can't re-order the list of sizes by dragging them. Browsizer does the ordering.
In FF 29? Rated 5 out of 5 stars
Please make this theme work in FF 29!
I'm longing for a good FF 29 default theme replacement...
Used to be favorite, but now... Rated 3 out of 5 stars
Please make this one work in FF 29+ without the need for installing the extra statusbar add-on!
Firesizer used to be my most used add-on: it's very helpful when you change browser window size often to different screen standards. It's also easy to customize.
But I'm consciously limiting the number of installed add-ons, for reasons of browser speed and stability, so really don't need an extra add-on to keep another one working. Also 'keeping alive' the status bar now that it's been structurally abandoned by FF isn't the way to go. So I've stopped using Firesizer for now.
Having a small popup panel (e.g. like Ghostery has), or having the resize options show up in the right click option menu would be great.

The must-have add-on if you want some privacy on the web. Does a great job blocking unwanted trackers, cookies etc. Very good personal preference options also. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (126.96.36.199-signed).

One of the most beautiful themes around for FF on Mac. Except for the folder icons in the bookmarks bar and menus: stylistically they're another world (so... windows XP) - please, please change them, in line with the other icons.

Uptil now my favorite theme, but version 28 doesn't work correctly in Firefox 27.0.1 on OS X Lion 10.7.5. Strange extra top bar with a circle on the left. So I switched back to version 27.1...
Otherwise my favorite theme for a long time now: looks clean, works very well technically, has more of a 'Mac' feel then the FF default theme. One of the best I've ever seen for FF. Thanks!
