Good Job Rated 5 out of 5 stars

Good Job. Development next time

Rated 4 out of 5 stars

Yslow is definitely great! I can check my website performance and see if everything is working perfectly. However, sometimes it does run a little slow, but nonetheless, it's awesome!

Both perfect and useless Rated 5 out of 5 stars

YSlow is one of the best tools for web developers ever - it is so much helpful to improve any site by improving access speed and minimizing broadband waste.
However, since Firefox updated itself to version 29, YSlow is completely useless. That is because the only way to access YSlow was through an icon in the add-ons bar, and now this bar does no longer exist.
The same problem happens with some other add-ons, but then you get help if you click on the menu item "Customize" or press F10 to get the menu bar.
-Customize provides you with some of the missing add-on icons, so you can add them either to the address bar or to the bookmarks bar - but then, the YSlow icon is not available.
-The menu bar helps you. But not through the "View - Toolbars" menu, which has the add-ons bar missing so user cannot even opt in to have it, but rather because at the tools menu there usually is some alternative access to the add-ons - but then, the YSlow menu item is not available.

Show correct results, but print function is not working Rated 3 out of 5 stars

I wanted the print report of YSlow results but Print functionality is not working in latest Mozilla as on 19 Apr 2014

Did Not Give Information about Slow Pages Rated 1 out of 5 stars

I would not give it even 1 star because i installed it with firebug and it did not give me info about why my pages are slow .

Doesn't work: FF 27 Rated 1 out of 5 stars

Clicking "Run YSlow" does nothing on 27.0.1. No documentation telling you how to access it (unlike Chrome version), so if you don't know about the Addons bar, you're SOL.

Rated 2 out of 5 stars

Doesn't really seem to work with many (any?) web sites and latest firefox. Requires a bookmark hack to get running and hasn't been updated for around 2 years.
A miss.

All menu items under Grade tab can not be clicked Rated 4 out of 5 stars

I use the latest version of Firefox + Firebug + YSlow, but all menu items under YSlow Grade tab like "Add Expires headers" can not be clicked. When I use yslow 3.1.4, there is no problem like this, please fix it, thanks a lot.

Userful but CPU suck Rated 3 out of 5 stars

Useful addon, however I notice that when it's enabled, Firefox consistently uses about 10% of my CPU, even when there's only one page open.

Does not work Rated 1 out of 5 stars

All it does is open up an extra toolbar that does absolutely nothing else than take up space. None of the buttons work and it doesn't report load time.

Expires Header and Gzip Defate not recognized Rated 2 out of 5 stars

I have been searching high and low for a work around but no matter what I do, I get an F rating for both gzip and expires headers. Even though I can clearly see gzip is working using the net tab in Firebug, the results are the same. What gives?

Yslow not working??? Rated 3 out of 5 stars

Ditto Muckstuk,

"I have been unable to get Yslow to function with V19 with firebug1.11.2 and Yslow 3.1.4...."

Firefox v20.0.1, Firebug v1.11.2 and Yslow v3.1.4 - All I get is blank panel for Yslow and clicking 'Run Yslow' makes no difference. It was working in Firefox v19. Will I have to go back to v19 for my web development???

FF 19.0 w/firebug and Yslow won't work Rated 3 out of 5 stars

I have been unable to get Yslow to function with V19 with firebug1.11.2 and Yslow 3.1.4
Yslow Panel shows but it will not run. Clicking "Run YSlow" does nothing on any page; ditto for autorun.
Anyone know a solution or conflict that could fix/cause this?
Great tool, I want to use it... used before fine on older version.
