In a little more detail...
I am principal for Taboca Labs, a small business in Brazil. At Taboca I work 65.999% of my time in Firefox extensions development, and other Mozilla-based development frameworks. The rest of my time has to do with other activities in the Internet and business to keep the Firefox development heartbeat going on. I am also an active member of Mozilla community. The brazilian pt-BR only blog is now the above web site.

Jason, I do not see the most recent app update. Is there a way you can pulblish it online somewhere outside AMO ? If this is going to take long just put it outside. Thanks. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (1.34).

Buttons feedback Rated 4 out of 5 stars
This is a review based on the Firefox experience on Mac OSX. It worked good, and the registration is pretty good UI. I have feedback to some improvements, the Buttons on the Toolbar, InSite,OutSite, Random, Spam, would be interesting to have visual feedback as you click on them.
One other note is that whn I mistakenly added Google as SPAM, I was not able to then click on InSite, etc. It kept saying that I needed to go back and try again. Except these minor, it worked as expected. You may also consider, for upcoming releases to have a Tools-> Addons -> Preferences link working.
