This is awesome. A beautiful and elegant solution to the current intensely annoying Firefox Fullscreen. Perfect for my dual screen setup.

After a lot of painful searching, I feel lucky to have finally found Quick Toolbars. I tried R-kiosk 0.9.0 (broken), FF Fullscreen 7 (buggy to the point of being unusable), Hide Navigation Bar (very jittery and only a partial solution), and Hide BookmarksBar (clunky, only partial solution). QuickToolbars is WAY better, but there are a couple issues. There's no way to keep the tabs toolbar visible while hiding everything else. There's no place to put the toggle button which won't potentially vanish. This means it's necessary to use the hotkey shortcuts. Modification of these in the QuickToolbars preferences is buggy in OSX. Changing any hotkey to work with an "alt" key combination, for example, will not work. All said, however, QuickToolbars provides fantastic functionality.

OSX Mountain Lion, FF 19.0
R-Koisk breaks Firefox. Cannot browse at all by any means. Tried bookmarks and history from the drop down menu. It hides all toolbars, so there's no way to use tabs either. Can only see blank white screen. Very poor documentation. Forced to restart Firefox in Safe Mode in order to remove it.
