Fantastic add-on works great. Rated 5 out of 5 stars
It is a fantastic add-on and works great. It's got 1,305,857 users and has built up a solid reputation among users.
Advertisers hate it.
have the corrections suggested on January 20, 2014 been applied? Rated 3 out of 5 stars
I notice the current version is dated November 15, 2013 and there is a comment by Lobito dated January 20, 2014 that reports some typos in the add-on that prevent it working properly.
Before I try the add-on I want to know, have the corrections suggested on January 20, 2014 been applied?
Applying the updates will probably cause the use of this add-on to take of and increase greatly because an add-on like this is really needed (assuming nobody fixes the underlying bug in Thunderbird).
Excellent tool for Firefox accessibility Rated 5 out of 5 stars
An excellent add-on I can't live without.
Mozilla should consider making this a standard part of Firefox.
Or at least add it to the list of products that help make Firefox more accessible for the disabled.
It makes Firefox bookmarks and menus much easier to read without switching to my extra close reading glasses and putting my eyes 12 inches from the monitor.
Terrific and always compatible up until Firefox 29 Rated 5 out of 5 stars
I hope that a way can be found to make Forecast Fox compatible with Firefox 29+, I really miss it.
I've used it for several years going back maybe a dozen releases and its always worked just fine.
Fantastic tool for share-aholic types like me Rated 5 out of 5 stars
This is a fantastic tool for share-aholic types like me.
Very simple and easy to set up, and then you can forget it is installed. It saves me a lot of time.
I'm always wanting to email links of interesting pages, and usually I want to cut and paste the title and key paragraph into the email.
With Copy Plain Text there I no longer have to go through extra steps to remove the web page formatting from the email -- it is removed for me by this tool.
It only affects stuff copied from Firefox, and then it does not matter what it is pasted into.
Stuff copied inside, say, from one Word document to another is not affected. Only stuff copied from Firefox is affected. Which is how it should be, it is good.

This is a very handy add-in and I really like it.
I see version Version 0.1.9.2 was created to support Firefox version 23, but that FF has not yet approved it.
Hopefully version 0.1.9.2 will be approved and officially available soon, because I really like this add-on.
Fantastic tool, I love it! Rated 5 out of 5 stars
(If you are having trouble, go to the lastpass.com website and download the latest version from there. Firefox is slow in delivering updates sometimes.)
I love LastPass !It is very easy to use, and fast.
From time to time there are web pages that don't play nice with it, and that is the only real learning curve, leaving how to create and save passwords on those few very unusual web sites.Lastpass is portable, so same set of userids and passwords can be used with on any device or web browser (Firefox, MSIE, Opera, Chrome, Safari, Android, iPhone, Blackberry, Windows, Mac OS/x, Linux, dozens of browsers and operating systems, even some that are pretty rare). And you can export your userids and passwords. So if at some point in the future LastPass stops living up to your expectations, you can export your passwords and import them into something else.LastPass is completely free for desktops and laptops. But if you want Yubi-key authentication (I don't) or the version for phones and tablets, it is $12 per year.
Very handy, could use a little maintenance Rated 4 out of 5 stars
Shareaholic is very handy, especially if you share links to more than one place. I tend to share to Facebook, email and StumbleUpon. Sharaholic means one icon in my status bar instead of 3.
And shareaholic will insert the web page name into the email title and copy any highlighted text on the web page you are sharing and paste it the email (Windows Live email tool, maybe other email tools too).
The only thing I do not like is that it has had this long standing bug where instead of copying special characters it copies some kind of representation. For example, opening and closing quotes end up as %u2018 and %u2019.
So that means a little manual fixing up. I wish they would fix that, but it is still a very handy tool and the one I currently use.

This is a really handy add-on. The old way of looking stuff up was pretty easy, but this is way easier. Very useful for learning more words.
I would give it five stars if the pop-up window was movable. (I keep my task bar on the left side of the screen and the first bit of the quickwiki pop-up appears under it.) It would be nice if quickwiki was zoomable too.
But over all a very hand add-on.
Lastpass is my favorite add-on, very essential to me Rated 4 out of 5 stars
I love Lastpass and pretty much regard it as totally essential to me.
It allows you to easily have different passwords for every website (so if one web site is broken into and your password discovered it is only that one website that is affected.)
It does an excellent job of generating and recalling passwords.
Some websites use Flashplayer pop-ups for password entry, and this does mean more manual steps in using Lastpass.
If you have more than one account on a website (for example, two hotmail accounts) be sure to edit and select "never autofill" for those accounts.
You'll want to get the latest version of Lastpass so you'll have support for the lastest version of Firefox, and unfortunately at the moment that means going to the lastpass.com website and downloading from there.
The 64-bit downloads include support for 32-bit web browsers.
Rated 5 out of 5 stars
For compatibility with the latest versions of Firefox you'll want the latest version of Lastpass.
To get the latest version of Lastpass, go to the Lastpass.com web site and click on "full list of downloads for your platform". (The 64-bit versions include the 32-bit versions.)
Works but message could be more user friendly Rated 4 out of 5 stars
What doplugins.click_to_play =0 -> 1and plugins.click_to_play =1 -> 0mean?A more meaningful hover description, like "Click to play plug-ins ON" and "Click to play plugs-in OFF" would be useful. And then if they click the button to toggle the setting, pop up the new setting for 3 seconds.Otherwise, works fine. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (0.5.1-signed).
