Good addon, probably a better alternative to Vertical Tabs but where is the ability to reposition the tabs? Apparently this is also the problem with Vertical Tabs but that is understandable since that addon hasn't been updated since 2011. So it's either newer version or Firefox broke that functionality or it has never been there in the first place. Either way give that ability to us.
I hate to live without this addon but why is there no option to disable the animation when an item is manually removed from the bar??!! The animation is annoyingly slow dammit!!
The option "Position new tabs to the right of the current tab" sounds like if I turned it off it would place new tabs to the LEFT by default (which is the feature I'm looking for) but it didn't. It sounds kind of misleading a bit though I knew this addon wouldn't be able to do that.
What a nifty little addon though IMHO the name is quite misleading. I thought it was an addon that would allow other "restart required" addons to be activated right away upon installation without the need to restart the browser. Turns out that the 'restartless' is specifically refers to this addon. That somehow implies that all other addons that doesn't require a restart should have the "Restartless" moniker in their name. For me it might be better if it was named "Yet Another Firefox Restarter" or something similar. Well at least it does its job flawlessly. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (8).
Not really great addon but I can say it's just OK. It's good to know that we can choose either to open the 'dialed' pages in the same or new tabs but it'd be better if we can do that from the context menu itself. That's where this addon should be improved. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (2.23b1).
I wonder why isn't there the "open in new tab" option in the context menu or at least in the settings? I don't the way those newly 'dialed' websites stealing the focus from the dialing page. For me this is one important feature that should not be absent from any visual bookmarking like this. The moment I noticed the unavailability of this I quickly disabled it. OK, I'm not uninstalling it because I hope in the developer will address this issue in the newer version. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (0.9.1).
