Breaks Pinned Tabs Rated 2 out of 5 stars
Review based on Firefox version 16.0.2.
This skin has great visual appeal. However, my testing (by switching back and forth from the default Firefox skin) is that Shine Bright Aero 1.3.2 has a bug pertaining to pinned tabs. Once you've opened a few regular tabs, you will notice that clicking on a pinned tab will not select it, and therefore, all pinned tabs become inaccessible. If you close one, or maybe more tabs, the pinned tabs will become accessible again. Very annoying behavior. Renders the skin unusable, IMHO.
Also, unless you have tabs set to load immediately when Firefox starts rather than when selected, the tab background is oddly colored by a background area that does not batch the foreground tab shape. Looks horrible.

This is a fairly good add-on and provides good functionality, in theory. In practice, however, it falls short. I am literally missing replies because the plugin keeps conversations rolled up (that is not expanded so you can see all messages in the thread, or "conversation") - which is fine EXCEPT that it doesn't BOLD the parent message and add the new message flag to the conversation header when a new message is added to the thread which effectively hides the fact that a new message has arrived. Also, disabling the plugin does not seem to undo the hierarchical display of the conversation thread. Disabling the add-on should un-bundle all threaded messages. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (2.3.2).
Retraction of previously poor review Rated 4 out of 5 stars
Upon considerable further investigation and review of this technology, I believe I was overly critical and retract my previous poor review of this addon.
WOT may very well provide a valuable and unintrusive (until needed) early warning system.
The MyWOT registration process claimed it would email a password and further instructions. After nearly 24 hours, I finally received a password change email inviting me to set/change my password. That whole part of the process was clumsy and confusing, but otherwise I've found the service to be of substantial benefit.
Apologies for the overly critical previous review formerly occupying this spot.
