InlineDisposition

Works but has a problem Rated 3 out of 5 stars

Works, but mp4 files served with MIME-type "application/octet-stream" open in the browser via plugin instead of showing the download dialog. I'm not sure how to fix that.

Personal Menu (Personal Firefox Button)

Conflicts with Extensions Options Menu Rated 3 out of 5 stars

The Extensions Options Menu disappears from the Firefox menu when this extension is installed.

This review is for a previous version of the add-on (5.1.0).

Linkificator

Moving from addon-bar is impossible Rated 3 out of 5 stars

Moving the widget to the navbar would be my preferred option, but everytime I restart the widget moves back to the addon-bar. If I uncheck "display widget in addon bar", then it disappears entirely. I wish this extension used a proper button instead of this strange widget.

Smart Referer

Rated 4 out of 5 stars

I appreciate the no-restart nature of this extension, but I believe RefControl is still superior because of a toolbar button allowing easy disabling/enabling and access to per-site rules.

Four stars for a well executed extension, but no five because of the lack of any gui.

EDIT: The developer replied to my review before I edited to remove a silly mistake I'd made, which is what he references in #2. The lack of GUI is by design to prevent people who don't know what they're doing from modifying the extension's behavior. He mentions a way to create a button using Custom Buttons, but the created button will not inform the user via a pressed state or icon change of the enabled/disabled status of Smart Referer. RefControl users who do not create a lot of per-site rules may find Smart Referer to be a simpler solution for them.

Linkificator

Rated 5 out of 5 stars

A good replacement for Linkification.

Only problem is that it seems to linkify any words that have a '/' between them: exam/ple he/re. I've seen it quite a bit over the last few days since I installed Linkificator, and not once has it been a valid link.

EDIT: Version 0.6.3 fixes this problem, so it is now a seamless replacement for Linkification.

NotAwesome

Toggle hiding with a button or shortcut Rated 5 out of 5 stars

Great extension, but would like a way to toggle the hiding on and off.

Context Search X

Great update Rated 5 out of 5 stars

It's not exactly a splitmenu, but I feel like I'm griping, since it still does what I asked for. So feel free to ignore that first part, and I'll simply say thanks for the quick development!

History disable button

Suggested Feature Rated 5 out of 5 stars

Well done, been looking for this for a while.

May I suggest that you also add an option where the user can list tags that should be excluded?

Omnibar Plus

Rated 5 out of 5 stars

An excellent expansion to Omnibar. I went to the issues page to report that the tab key wasn't working, but saw that there was already a commit to fix it. A regularly developed extension is a wonderful thing :)

Add-on Collector

Auto-publisher shows add-ons I've never used Rated 5 out of 5 stars

Like Devilush said here https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/add-on-collector/reviews/308631/, my auto-publisher shows extensions I've never used. Other than that I enjoy this extension.

Menu Icons Plus

Menu Icons Plus Removes Icons from Cookie Safe Rated 2 out of 5 stars

When Menu Icons Plus is enabled, the icons from the Cookie Safe menu are removed. One icon is removed from the leftclick menu, while all icons are removed from the right. Will be switching to Cutemenus for now.

TabGroups Menu

Panorama button doesn't have dropdown on startup (Cont.) Rated 3 out of 5 stars

The extension is definitely starting, because I have two windows restored when Firefox opens, and one of them has the dropdown and the other doesn't. The only errors in the console are from errors in webpages that are loading. When I try to open the options I get an error saying "Firefox doesn't know how to open this address, because the protocol (tabgroupsmenu) isn't associated with any program."

EDIT: When I make sure to only have one window open when closing firefox, and then open a second window afterward, the dropdown menu is there. When two windows are restored it appears the dropdown is only given to one of them. I use the Session Manager extension for sessions if that could make a difference.

Context Search X

Suggested Feature (Cont.) Rated 3 out of 5 stars

The split-menu just seems much more intuitive and ultimately a better implementation. I don't know if it would help, but the extension DownThemAll uses several split-menus in the context menu for its download window. Perhaps looking at it would hlep.

TabGroups Menu

Panorama button doesn't have dropdown on startup Rated 5 out of 5 stars

The button doesn't have the dropdown on startup; I have to disable and re-enable the extension for it to appear. There's another review that mentions this problem in version 0.5, but I'm using the latest as of now (0.8.2.5) and I still have this problem. Love the extension though.

Context Search X

Suggested Feature Rated 5 out of 5 stars

Make the menu into a split menu, so clicking on the left searches with a user selected engine, and the menu on the right still opens into the list. Most often I need to search Google when I select text, so having that be the primary function of the menu item would be nice.

Otherwise thank you for new development on this add-on.

Clipple

Split Context Menu Button Rated 4 out of 5 stars

A good extension, but the context menu button should be a split button, with the left button being the normal paste functionality. That way the default paste menu item can be hidden.

UpdateBookmark

Doesn't work in Sidebar Rated 4 out of 5 stars

Doesn't seem to work in the sidebar, but other than that a good extension.

Sender Name

Rated 5 out of 5 stars

Could you add support for the Between column created by Thunderbird Conversations? It's basically a combined Sender and Recipient column.

Other than that, thanks a million times for fixing this very annoying bug.

This review is for a previous version of the add-on (0.5).

Locationbar²

Rated 3 out of 5 stars

Using this with Multiple Tab Handler causes breadcrumbs to be used even if the preference is unchecked.

Find All

Rated 4 out of 5 stars

Love this extension, but it would be lovely if it could be made compatible with Source Viewer Tab. https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/source-viewer-tab/
