This used to be the best video downloader.
The new interface is unnecessarily large, clunky and slow, unintuitive and why are there two icons now? One worked just fine before.
The option to select video qualities doesn't work. I selected max variants 3 and greyed out every video quality variant I didn't want. Still it will not present me with a link to FLV video from YouTube, not even a direct link *after* I start playing the file.
The biggest problem and frankly, the deal breaker is that the DownThemAll-integration has been removed and with it, the ability to continue interrupted downloads without starting from the beginning.
Fortunately there are other video downloader add-ons.
Great. Does what it says.
If you use 'Toolbar buttons' -addon it's a good idea to create your own toolbar for them and another for bookmarks bar, if you use one, and then hide the default bookmarks bar and addon bar.
@shenlux Did you select 'Navigation Bar on Top' from the right-click drop-down menu on the menu bar, and then un-select 'Menu Bar' from the same menu?
Very beautiful. I hope there will be update soon to make this compatible with version 14.
Editing the install.rdf files in .xpi -trick does not work. I tried.
The best RSS-reader.This review is for a previous version of the add-on (1.5.4).
This is definitely the best cache clearing extension. Nothing extra, just clears cache. One of my favourite extensions, I use it all the time. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (1.3).
Thank you! This works.
[The first thing I did after updating to 3.5 was googling for how to remove the 'New Tab -button'. It's absolutely horrid and totally unnecessary.]
The three stars are for .9 version. I reverted back to .8 version because the new 'small' icon is bigger than other small icons, and because the slide indicator is unnecessary and annoying. Changing the colour of the icon based on the status of cache is a way better idea. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (0.9a).
