Collector's Note This is an older but still very functional addon. See Copy Plain Text 2 instead.
Make any pages' search functionality available in the Search Bar (or "search box")...
Collector's Note You can add many search engines to your firefox search bar from the Mycroft Project website. I use search engines for many purposes from searching Song lyrics, to use the dictionary and the thesaurus, to search for an email in my GMail inbox, to search for people on Facebook etc. This addon is indispensable to me. I use it in the following ways (A). From the mycroft project website, I have added Google search for pages within the last 1 day, 1 week, 1 month and 1 year to the search box. This is immensely helpful. If I want latest news, I only search for webpages that have been updated/created within the last 1 day/1 week and so on. If I want to know about the latest research on Down's syndrome, I search using the Google search for 1 year. Perfect! (B). My translation needs are very basic. I use these three more efficient methods to translate pages or text within pages: 1. Bookmarklets 2. Flagfox addon 3. Simply go to the google translate page and use the "Add to Search bar" addon to right click in the translate box and Add it to your firefox search engines! Voila, now you can simply paste text in your firefox search bar and get its translation in a new tab. It becomes even better if you use the addon "Selected Search" too. With Selected Search, you don't need to paste your text in the search bar and press enter. If you have 'Selected Search' you only need to select the text you want to have translated and then press the button for google translate among the search engines that pop-up - a new tab with the translation pops up.

Adds an about:addons-memory page that details add-on memory usage
Automatically resumes YouTube videos from where you played them last. Without this extension, for example, when you click through YouTube videos, back and forth, they always start from the beginning.
Allows to customize or disable most of the shortcuts offered by Firefox. This add-on does *not* allow to add new shortcuts, but it might help you discover new ones.
Collector's Note "keyconfig" is a stronger addon for the same purpose.
Never lose anything you type into a web form again! Lazarus securely auto-saves all forms as you type, so after a crash, server timeout, or whatever, you can go back to the form, right click, "recover form", and breathe a sigh of relief.
Collector's Note Make sure to change the settings to have the addon delete its stored data every 2 weeks or so, otherwise its database will bloat up and it will slow down firefox. Another alternative which I actually prefer over Lazarus is an addon called "Textarea Cache" which has no chance in hell to slow firefox no matter what the settings you choose. Though it has fewer features but they sufficient to prevent accidental loss of text you've already typed in an email. If you lose forms only occassionally, you should prefer Textarea Cache over Lazarus.
An extension that adds a Google search box to the standard Firefox new tab page
1) Capture an page or just a specific region.
2) Adds a right click option to take screen shots of an entire web page or just part of a web page to save as an image.
URL Fixer fixes common typos in URLs entered in the address bar. It will fix errors like "google.con" or "youtube, com". You have the option of being asked to confirm corrections before they are applied.
Collector's Note Incompatible with "ErrorZilla Plus" and "Resurrect Pages". I personally need the functions of Error Zilla Plus more than URL fixers'.
