About this Add-on
Whenever you enter a new URL, the software makes a corresponding HEAD request to check for matching pages on other sites of interest. Whenever matching pages are found, a notification bar pops up with a link to them.
The software's appearance and behavior is pretty customizable, and which sites the software checks for pages is completely up to you. It comes preloaded with a dozen large websites which you may wish to cross reference, but these are easily edited to suit your preferences.
N.B. This is an independently produced piece of work. It a not-Wikipedia project that, although designed for Wikipedia users, has no connection to the Wikimedia foundation.
