Thank you so much Rated 5 out of 5 stars

Finally got rid of that pesky sidebar. My ad blocker was already blocking the ads but Outlook was complaining about it, saying that I should upgrade if I want to get rid of ads. What a relief.

Now please, also get rid of that 'Upgrade to premium' button on the lower left :)

Not working with the latest Yahoo Mail Beta Rated 5 out of 5 stars

I have definitely enjoyed this addon, and it works great (except for a few quirks on the nightly versions of Firefox, however I am perfectly alright with that, as it was my decision in the first place), I also put it on my family's PCs as a result.
I have noticed that it doesn't work on Yahoo Mail's latest beta (I have verified this on the stable version of Firefox) , and only because I have uBlock Origin installed, the advertisements themselves don't show.
While I don't use Yahoo as often, ever since I had moved over to ProtonMail, it would be nice if WebMail Ad Blocker would add support for the new beta interface on Yahoo Mail.

Great, but it just stopped working for Outlook. Rated 4 out of 5 stars

Worked great until today. I gave it 4 stars because I'm hoping the developer will fix it ASAP. When it's working, it rates 5 stars.

The fix is awaiting Firefox's review process which takes a few days. It's already fixed in the Chrome extension version.

Not working , FF51x just since recently... Rated 5 out of 5 stars

Still giving this a 5* rating, but I do have to say that just recently, the large space to the right of Outlook is no longer being closed up. There are no ads in there, because UblockO has stripped those out, so it's completely blank, but the conclusion is that this addon is now no longer doing anything, and the normal quick flash you see while that gap is closed up on the right side doesn't happen. Wanted to rate this 5* since it's not the developers fault if Microsoft have suddenly changed something. Please do fix though! Thanks.

Also tried on an older version of FF - 43x, and it's just the same, with same issues.

Also, I know that MS$ must almost certainly have changed something, because other elements on screen, that I blocked with element picker have started to show up again. They are always fiddling!!!! But I guess it's their system, and we have to all play cat and mouse.

Thank you a million times for the 5 star and acknowledging the Microsoft change.

I am pushing and update in v5.0.2 that is awaiting firefox extension approval (a few days). It is already available in my Chrome version of Webmail Ad Blocker if you'd like to try it out.

Doesn't work with Firefox 52.0 Rated 5 out of 5 stars

Everything was working fine until Firefox was updated. The ads are blocked, but the space to the right of the Inbox is blank with a message from Outlook telling me they see that I am using an Ad Blocker, and asking me to purchases their ad-free Outlook. They are holding the space for ransom, or so it seems. Is there any way to reclaim the space?

I'm not seeing this ad in Firefox or Chrome while using my extensions. Are you using other ad blocking extensions?

Just perfect Rated 5 out of 5 stars

Works just fine! Contrary to OTHER ad blockers... this one really blocks ads in my outlook mail page (www.outlook.com)

Thanks! Rated 5 out of 5 stars

it works great

have a problem Rated 3 out of 5 stars

The extension is very useful for people who are curious about what font a page is using. However, my problem is that it slows Firefox down dramatically on my computer (Fedora 22, Firefox 39, 2.2 GHz dual-core with 2 GB RAM). I know, not a high-end machine, but without this extension, everything is pretty snappy. I use several other extensions and none of the others have this problem.

Doubt it

This is the simplest of all extensions with barely 50 lines of code and only has access to webmail sites - so it's probably not the culprit or you would see many more reviews like this one.

Compatibility with Palemoon browser Rated 5 out of 5 stars

Webmail Ad Blocker has been a great addon for Palemoon. However with the Update to Palemoon v27.0 the extension no longer works. If you could find the time to look at this it would be much appreciated.

Thanks! Rated 5 out of 5 stars

Very useful tool. Works great!

Useful Tool Rated 5 out of 5 stars

It's a useful tool! I use the hotmail (outlook.com), and it has advertising in the right side. After I use this addons, the advertising disappear and have more space in the right side! Thank you! In addition, I hope our privacy can be guaranteed.

cannot sign-in or comment on jason's forum regarding wab redirecting issue Rated 1 out of 5 stars

I cannot sign-in or comment thru links provided on wab website, so i have to do it here.

So, it's true... the redirect glitch is directly related to setting Firefox to clear history upon closing. Any other combination of settings seem to work fine. It appears there is no immediate solution other than to not use the extension.

I just found a possible fix and have updated it in the thread: https://jasonsavard.com/forum/discussion/2768/i-think-webmail-ad-blocker-hijacked-my-start-page#latest
