Well, as you can see it didn't do much. still that solid blue-ish bar on top and the tabs are scary unpleasant, especially in combination with colorful tabs, see: www.premier69.com/temp/firefox4.JPG

Terrible, ugly theme which bears only a passing resemblance to the preview image. And yes, I have Aero enabled. Uninstalled immediately.

I don't see what's wrong with it. Except some tabs overlay each other when there's too many. It looks HORRIBLE if you're using the Menubar instead of the button. you need to think about the users; make the menubar match this skin. It's nice with the button. You just need to work on a few things.

Thanks! Didn't know about the menubar issue until know, it is truly gruesome. I'll look into it. :)

Uninstalled this immediately. The text looks garbled, messy, and small.

I think people downloaded this theme just because of the screenshot.
I uninstalled right after installing it!

I think the developers lack of response says a lot. I think he is just looking to advertise his site, nothing more. I consider this abuse to be honest. He is what I submitted to Mozilla concerning this add-on:

" I doubt that what i am going to say concerning this add-on violates Mozilla's policy's, however i think allowing advertising using an add-on will lead to many add-on makers doing the same, thus junking up the add-ons that Mozilla has become famous for. I personally would have never allowed an add-on that advertises the creators site to be embedded in the Firefox button. I think Mozilla should seriously consider this to prevent such abuse. There are other means of advertising your site like in the description page for add-ons. "

The button and signatures

First of all, let me state that I recognize that the Firefox button in my theme needs to be changed. I have stated this in my "what's next for this theme' profile. Secondly, the reason for changing the Firefox button in the first place, was that I found it to be annoying in its bright orange glory. I decided to make one that didn't steal my focus whilst browsing, and due the way I went about and did it, I had the spare room to fit in the name of my web site, thus signing the theme in the process. Let's turn this into a constructive discussion on more suitable, yet visible places in FF where the artists behind the themes can place their signatures. Google Chrome devote an entire "Theme created by:" section in the new tabs page, which I believe is an approach that ensures recognition for theme developers and furthermore motivates them to keep working. Theme makers, and especially Firefox theme makers, spend a lot of time and effort creating and maintaining their themes. A space to place their signature, perhaps like Chrome's "Theme created by:", should be provided for Firefox theme makers as well.

This theme is really really ugly, I honestly don't know why so many people have downloaded it! The edges of the fonts and design are blurred, the designer has added his name to the firefox button and it's really not shiny at all...

no support! Rated 1 out of 5 stars

You got a lot of comments, describing what is a no-go and what you should consider changing asap. But nothing.

Anyway. On smaller displays, your ".skarv.net" is out of borders. Between adressbar and aktive tab is a thick grey line. Everything at the top looks like having negative margin borders.
Please fix this!

Overall good, especially the overlapping tab design. It's elegant. Like other people have said, Please do remove your site's ad. Not a wise move, actually.
