About this Add-on
Add estimates or record time-spent directly on Trello cards. Shows sums at the top of each list and the top right corner of each board.
To use, simply open a Trello card click the title of the card to edit it. There are buttons with Fibonacci numbers (1, 2, 3, 5, 8, ...etc.) to let you quickly add an estimate. You can also type in the estimate or the time-spent. To type an estimate, just surround it in parentheses like this: (4) to type the amount of time-spent, put that in square brackets like this: . Those numbers can appear anywhere in the title, but a common convention is to put the estimate at the beginning of the card and the time-spent at the end, like this: "(8) Create Firefox Extension [4.5]". Decimal numbers are accepted for both values.
This is a free extension which is a Firefox version of the Chrome extension of the same name (by a Dutch firm called Q42). See ScrumForTrello.com for more history.
This extension is very useful for Scrum projects which are using Trello it provides estimates and allows you to record time-spent.
My team created a different Trello add-on called "Burndown for Trello" which creates burndown charts for Trello boards. Since many of our users prefer to enter estimates right in Trello, instead of through our site, it's in our best interest to keep Scrum for Trello well-maintained and to make it accessible to more users (instead of just Chrome users).
The two extensions work beautifully together and will hopefully help your Scrum / Agile team be more productive!
