Whitelist Rated 4 out of 5 stars
Nice but with a whitelist would be absolutely perfect for many other purposes other than simply turn on/off globally.
I'm sure a simple whitelist on this addon will make many NoScript users to get rid of such buggy, heavy addon, that at the moment, as far as I know, is the only one with a JS whitelist.
How to block video Rated 4 out of 5 stars
This is great addons, but how to block video only ?
Not supported functionality
That functionality is not supported by this add-on. There are some steps you can take to try to disable HTML5 content, when combined with turning off Flash should stop videos but may also disable other features.
A quick google search gave me this link, hope it helps:
Fantastic product but... Rated 5 out of 5 stars
This is one of the most useful add-ons I have, and it's great for security. But, I just upgraded to FF 46.0, and FF is now telling me it will disable QuickJava on my next restart.
I thought Quickjava was a "signed" add-on and is ok? FF is getting harder and harder to deal with because of things like this...
It is, and I'm seeing a few complaints about this...
Please make sure you have the latest (signed) version of the addon (if you used a beta version at any point or modified it yourself it may not auto-update). Otherwise you will need to contact the mozilla support team as there is nothing I can do to help you with this :(
Thanks for the positive review and I hope they resolve the issue quickly for you!

After disable JS on the site, and remove plugin, js still disable. Grade work!
For security reasons
QuickJava does not change any of the settings without a direct user interaction (or advanced settings being set for specific scenarios). If QJ were to Enable or Disable any of the settings without the user causing that specific action I would consider it a security risk.
It's also worth noting that all of the settings modified by QJ are just FF settings, which other addons may also have access to, so QJ is just a quick way of getting to these settings, it's not removing functionality from the browser. (The FF developers did that on their own when they removed the JS on/off option from the settings page).

他のどのような手法よりも「簡単」で、「確実」で、「実用的」です。 Rated 5 out of 5 stars
「Disconnect」「HTTPS-Everywhere」「Statutory」「Decentraleyes」「Privacy Badger」「Fox Web Security」「NoScript」などの併用もお薦めします。
I, until recently, "Flash Control" and other general (of the browser Option, other addons) in the means, had carried out the control of the "Java".
I'm using "Cyberfox43.0.4 / intel x64".
I was using the "FlashControl" from two years ago.
However, recently, "icon" is in the missing (lost), it does not work at all.
Therefore, as a result of looking for something to become an alternative, I found a "QuickJava".
This "QuickJava" is so great !.
And, the option is necessary and sufficient.
It is sufficiently satisfactory finish.
as contents tangling of security risks for the measures, I recommend strongly.
and also Combination of "Disconnect", "HTTPS-Everywhere", "Statutory", "Decentraleyes", "Privacy Badger", "Fox Web Security", "NoScript", etc, I recommend.

QuickJava on Firefox 64bit Rated 4 out of 5 stars
This is a very good Add-on, but the "Options" do not load properly on Firefox 64bit load. They DO load properly on Firefox 32bit.This review is for a previous version of the add-on (22.214.171.124-signed).
Ideales Tool zum Check der barrierefreiheit Rated 5 out of 5 stars
This review is for a previous version of the add-on (126.96.36.199-signed).
Best add-on worst help Rated 5 out of 5 stars
Best add-on so far, it blocks a lot of things and it refreshes the page itself whenever your tun it on or off.
The worst part is the help, I still don't understand its option panel.

Very useful Add-on Rated 5 out of 5 stars
Perfect for easy control of the relevant switches for all active content.
Very convenient that changing controls does not require a browser restart. So I can temporarily enable JS in the settings when doing online payment with new windows being opened - and disabling JS when it is no longer needed.

An amazing extension that can replace many other extensions.
This extension is flexible, customizable, and tiny!
Great function but GREEN means go, NOT blue... Rated 5 out of 5 stars
This is a great add-on. It plays well with NoScript. Only complaint is the color scheme which uses red for disabled and blue for enabled.Green should be the color of enabled. Maybe this is a default color coming from Firefox. If that's the case, override it. At least make this an option...
-- update --
Thank you for your quick, informative reply. Looking at it now, my initial response was too influenced by frustration. I did not know about red/green colorblindness confusion. I suppose that's one reason traffic lights are stacked. There must be many signal situations such as multi-color LEDs which cause problems. I'll research this some more to be more accomodating in my own designs.
Blue was selected for a reason, but it is an option.
Fred, I'm glad you enjoy the extension. The default color is blue because of colorblindness. Most individuals, including myself, with partial colorblindness have difficulty distinguishing green from red.
That said, if you right click any QJ icon and go into the options you will see a section for custom CSS for the buttons. The example provided gives you the numeric codes for a green, or you can use your own.

It used to block every image, but now since yesterday, it's not blocking google image search results. I have both "I" and "A" disabled, and if I do a random image search in google, some of the images are still loading! This review is for a previous version of the add-on (220.127.116.11-signed). This user has a previous review of this add-on.
QuickJava only changes existing options built into Firefox, so if those options are being changed (some images don't load) but not functioning as you would expect them to, then you will need to file a bug report with the Mozilla team.
In the future, please do not use reviews for bug reports. When you submit a report you are agreeing that you are not using it for that purpose. Then they just get flagged and removed.
