+1 ... 51.0.2 breaks the addon Rated 5 out of 5 stars

Been using this addon for years, unfortunately the latest firefox update 51.0.2 broke things up, so downgraded back to the previous FF update 50.1.0 where the addon works as intended for the time behind...
Hopefully the dev @takachan is still involved with this project...as it's kinda going backward when using FF without Quick Gestures ;-)

Downgrade to 49.0.2 to fix Rated 5 out of 5 stars

I believe the previous reviewer made a typo. Downgrading to version Firefox version 49.0.2 did fix the addon for me while 50.1.0 did not

Hopefully future updates will somehow make it useable again. This addon rules

Broken by latest Firefox Upgrade Rated 5 out of 5 stars

51.0.2 upgrade on 2/6/17 broke the addon. It is also broken on the newest firefox beta (52.0). Downgrading to 50.1.0 did fix the addon for me.

This doesn't look good.

Kudos to dev. 3+ years without an upgrade and this is still the best extension on firefox mobile by far

Solid Effort; Needs Refinement Rated 4 out of 5 stars

I haven't found an implementation of quick gestures for android as solid as this, and it works well for the most part, but there are a few considerations that could be made to really tighten this up. For reference, I'm using this on an HTC One M9 (viewport 320 * 640).

In the vein of what was mentioned before me - it's mildly annoying that the screen will scroll on input, but I recognize that there's no way to reasonably prevent scrolling on the first input. Perhaps lock the screen once Quick Gestures recognizes that a combination is being made (ie: based on the user sensitivity settings).

Also, and I think this is a straight up bug, but on certain windows (I haven't figured out a commonality), the command bar at the top won't actually scale properly. It'll show up vastly bigger than it should (in both dimensions, but with the horizontal overflow hidden). This results in it a) taking up a crazy amount of space and; b) means that the command that's shown on the bar is actually hidden off-screen!

Trying to undo a closed tab, gives a JS error about aCloseTabData.entries being undefined.

Perhaps the only other thing I could suggest is to have the command bar style somewhat match the toast message disaply - it's, uh, a little on the ugly side, sorry!

Edit: ...aaaand only after posting that did I see "Last Updated: September 14, 2013". Ah, screw it.

Ease of use Rated 1 out of 5 stars

Screen should stay still when recognizing gesture input. Usability appears to affect certain mobile devices more than others, settings are too limited.

sensitivity Rated 2 out of 5 stars

It's a shame because it appears the Dev had the right idea but there needs to be a wider margin of adjustments to accommodate all screen sizes. Too difficult, gestures fail to register.

Hopefully one of these codes below will produce an image, but if not I'm simply reporting that as of 4th the moment, the ability to select "customize" when clicking on the extension within the about:add-ons page is unavailable. However I do know for certain this hadn't always been the case. Four stars, cause the developer isn't responsible for errors resulting from updates. 5 when more features are added, the ones you didn't know you needed.

Wonderful tool, just add an option to make gestures to open the switch tab section.

Rated 3 out of 5 stars

Installed both this and Three Finger Swipe, as Three Finger Swipe is more intuitive, but Quick Gestures has more functions. Wish this had more options in terms of movement, like being able to move diagonally (to make arrows). Also sucks that Undo Close Tab seems to be broken, as this was one of the main functions I would have used. Also wish Switch to Desktop Site was one of the options. Also, it would be nice to not have the big yellow "Gesture Cancelled" message flash at the top of the screen when we're just scrolling. We'll know it's been cancelled when nothing happens. That bright yellow banner is somewhat distracting and unnecessary. Ultimately, I wish both of these add-ons were more integrated. This hasn't been updated since 2013, though, so I'm not holding my breath. With 2-3 different sets of gestures, we'll see how confused I get, lol.

undo close & scroll not working Rated 4 out of 5 stars
