I right click the message and click report spam. It says it is sending the report but how do I know this? Also, there is no undo button so if you click it by mistake you have reported your own mother as a spammer.
It looks like it has potential but it just sends an email out. The email has an attachment with the spam details in it but the to: field has no recipients. Either they want you to fill those out manually (who would I send it to?) or it isn't working. I'm on TB 24.2.0. I had to manually add the report button to the toolbars as the other reviewer did.
It looks nice but it makes readability very difficult.
It looks really useful, especially for colour contrast checks but I can't use it, shame.
To go: Tools > Account Settings > Server Settings > Under Message Storage, go to Advanced > Inbox for a different account > Choose "Local Folders".
Now set up a mail rule Under: Tools > Message Filters to move the messages into a folder of your choice.
I like Lightening but it's not compatible with Thunderbird 17.0.5. With it being so essential to TB's usage I don't think Mozilla should release an update until it's compatible with all major addons, this being #1.
OK thanks for the reply. I assumed as I had the latest version that I was also using the latest TB, but apparently not, I'll do an upgrade when I get home.
Does not work in TB 17.0.5.
I just installed it on FF 24.0 but there is no download button like in the picture.
My block has gone so now I can't use it.. It has no other means of use so it's just gone. It worked fine before so I don't get it. I did upgrade FF to v24 though. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (1.95).
This is only a 1 hour review but so far it seems excellent. It anonymizes 50mb of traffic per day and if you go over you can get the premium service. So it offers a viable free anonymity service for the web which they can afford to run due to the premium accounts. It is more convenient than Tor and should be good for a few web pages each day. I have one concern which is that is is on by default. I'd prefer to be able to switch it on when needed rather than it slowing down my connection until its used up. You can switch it off but I don't know if you have to do it for every browser reload. Also I did experience an issue where you click on the icon in the addon area and it only shows a white box instead of the menu.I tested my anonymity and it showed up as being from a different location in my country so it does work.
Finally, I assume the free proxies are your own proxies and not some random bunch of free web proxies which may be held by a third party? Just checking as that worried me for a minute.
This is an amazing program. It's very easy to use and can grab literally anything. It can even grab Soundcloud music which not even the custom Soundcloud addons can get! Nothing seems to phase it. I decided to come here and write the review for this reason. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (1.9.5).
I can only give it 2 stars under the circumstances. Mozilla's dev cycles are way too short and this is another one which has fallen by the wayside. None of these menus appear for me.
This doesn't seem to do anything. There is a link in the Tools menu which doesn't respond or give any feedback at all. There are no instructions or website.
I just installed it into FF 10 and it works great. It opens the definition in a new tab which is what I would want it to do. No issues, very simple. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (3.1.7).
I won't download this update because it modifies the web page.As a web developer I can't install anything like that because it will affect the apperance of clients' designs and that is unacceptable. I don't want to switch profiles to do this. If would be nicer if you could toggle it on / off but I doubt there's any way to do this, please correct me if I'm wrong.
Does this add on support different doctypes for example XMTML 1.0, HTML4, HTML5? It doesn't say so anywhere. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (0.8.6.1).
Sorry but what's the use of it?This review is for a previous version of the add-on (0.5.3).
Please update for the latest Firefox version. This is just what I need but I'm not allowed to use it. Also, what's with that button which says "install anyway"? It doesn't let you install it if you click the link.
I completely agree with Frédéric Jeanbart on this one. I hate essential features being relegated the status of "addons". Soon we'll have to download a "check email" add on to use Thunderbird.
Worst of all it's not even working with Thunderbird 3.0.1 meaning there is no contact manager functionality available for for this program. If Evolution worked for Windows I'd use it.
This is an amazing add on. It saves your eyes and monitor and the easy reading context menu item is really useful. Take any selection of text and right click, click easy reading to load it in a new window, in big font. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (1.9.1).
