Cheevos for Firefox

Rated 4 out of 5 stars

Pretty good, but I'm not going to keep using it. I prefer the icon from version 1.3, but the about:cheevos page has stopped working in that version. The about:cheevos page works in later versions, but the new icon is kind of ugly, in my opinion.

Custom Buttons

Great Add-on - Information could be better, though Rated 5 out of 5 stars

vasyabelkin is correct about my old review being not entirely right, although, I must say that it would certainly be nice if this came with a few more instructions on how to use it.

I don't know how I discovered that buttons could be edited by right clicking them, on my own, but if I had to guess, it's probably because I'm customizing my toolbars so much that eventually I got one of the buttons.

I find this to be actually extremely useful now, and one of my best add-ons I have. The number one thing that bothers me still is that the primary coding that the buttons are written in is JavaScript for XUL, and you haven't mentioned this explicitly.

I'm editting this, and really wondering where my review went... (for some reason it wasn't appearing)
It's a nice idea, but it doesn't really do what I want. If I blacklist a site like Youtube, it stops the video from autoplaying, but it doesn't stop other websites that are set to autoplay embedded Youtube videos from autoplaying. It doesn't really do what I want if I blacklist a site and it still allows scripts from that site that are being run on another site (but are actually linked, coming from that site) perhaps this is a compatibility issue, as I first had NoScript, and am testing it along side NoScript. The idea of having a blacklist as an alternative to a whitelist (or even alongside it) was a nice idea, but it isn't working as well as I had hoped.

Disable Add-on Compatibility Checks

Rated 2 out of 5 stars

There really is no way around it when "Disable Add-on Compatibility Checks" isn't compatible with Firefox 8. :x
I'm sure that you need to use this one carefully, as there's ...-usually- a reason as to why something is marked incompatible, but with that in mind then, it should be compatible with newer versions, because we certainly can't use this add-on on itself. (that would be redundant or paradoxical)

Firefox Christmas

Rated 5 out of 5 stars

I thought this was going to look really bad when I saw the preview thumbnail, but then when I saw what it actually looked like, I felt happy. :)

Flaming Mockingjay

Rated 5 out of 5 stars

Very nice, I didn't think I'd be seeing this. It could probably be a bit better, but it's good enough that I'd still be able to recommend it to someone who occasionally extends past the image height because of certain extensions. I think you did a really nice job on this one. Also, I think this one is better than the "tabs on top" version, because the tabs have a white glow that makes them stay readable (in fact this text is unreadable) but I can still see this text, just right, when I press "Alt" to make the menu bar appear. I also have a lot of buttons from extensions on my bookarks bar, so the text gets covered up anyways; I'd rather it get obscured by the tabs covering it up. Anyways - Good job. :)

Rainbow Wonderz

Rated 5 out of 5 stars

It's kind of bright for me to use all the time, but if you don't mind that, this persona is perfect. It displays... I think, PERFECTLY, even with extensions like Vertical Sidebar. Good job. :)

OveR tHe rAiNbOw

Rated 5 out of 5 stars

This persona is perfect if you like it's style. It displays PERFECTLY, even with extensions like Vertical Sidebar installed. Good job. :)

Image Block

This is a great add-on, but it doesn't let me move it's button. This I do not like. Please fix it so that I can move it.

Rated 4 out of 5 stars

This is really great, I'd love to give you a perfect score, but I only do that for add-ons that are perfect. There's a couple of additions that would make this a whole lot better still.
• Make it so that I have the option to turn off the "Clipboard" options. Very useful, but with the current layout, I'd prefer to not have it in the list.
• Create a button that I can put on the add-on bar, vertical sidebar, or navigation bar. My right click list has gotten quite long, and frankly, a button would work a lot better for me.
• Allow users to create customs for bbcode, or other, so that bbcode customs can be accessed directly from the bbcode list, and html customs can be accessed directly from it's list. (I don't think xhtml should have customs; I'm pretty sure it's a higher standard)
The lack of a button is the number one thing that's keeping me from saying this is close enough to perfect.

Youtube Ratings

Rated 3 out of 5 stars

The feature is very useful, but the location that it displays it's information is inconvenient, and I can't change it. The options do not load either, so if there's an option there, too bad, it doesn't ever load them. I'd have gladly rated this higher if it was an object I could move around my navigation/add-on bars instead.

Tile Tabs

Rated 5 out of 5 stars

This is a pretty nice add-on that I use occasionally. I would really like it though, if it would put it's functions in a series of drop downs when I right click, rather than taking up, and extending it, by 6 places. I noticed the options to turn them off, but I would prefer it if they could all be fit into one drop down menu. I'd rather go into a second drop down menu than have to pick between not displaying options, or having a really long menu.

Re: Feature already exists !!
Ah! My mistake then. I guess I just wasn't able to notice it very well. Anyways, I adjusted the rating. Thanks for getting back to me with that information so soon! :)

"you scumbag must enter a filthy word to replace silly" Rated 3 out of 5 stars

This was a pretty good idea, but due to the lack of an "Options" allowing me to choose which swears I want to turn on and which ones I don't want displayed, this is unusable to me. There are certain swears I don't really want to see from it. Otherwise, it makes for great humor and a fitting environment for when I'm pissed off.
