My Reviews

Hearts & Flowers Fence

Rated 5 out of 5 stars

I like this so much on the mobile version of the browser that I've made it my default! It makes a really nice simple but colorful border around the browser tab. Very nice, Thanks!

FireFTP

Rated 5 out of 5 stars

Great little app that does just what I need without having to leave my browser. Thanks.
I don't know if this is possible, but it would be nice if there were some user-selectable event sounds for some of the more common events, like when you connect & disconnect from the FTP site, when a file is successfully uploaded, when there is a problem, alert, etc. I guess I'm spoiled by the cute little sounds in my old FTP client, but it's nice to have that audio confirmation that the action you intended was indeed completed, or not.

This review is for a previous version of the add-on (2.0.16.1-signed).

A BIG Rainbow for Easter

Rated 5 out of 5 stars

More great Easter colors. Simple is often the best, like this.

Rainbows for Easter

Rated 5 out of 5 stars

Awesome! Great design that creates a feeling of 3D depth, and great colors.

Landing on another Planet

Rated 5 out of 5 stars

This is a striking image with great colors and another worldly feel.

A Colorful Pro-TEST

Rated 5 out of 5 stars

Great poem describing the color conundrum.
I will always support the cause for color accuracy! Firefox could use an update to the latest ICC standard, but good that it supports the use of color management and monitor color profiles, which are the key to this dilemma. Both artist and viewer must use hardware-calibrated monitors, if colors are to be accurately conveyed. The same hex coded color can look different if one or both monitors are not calibrated and viewed with software that uses a custom color profile created for that monitor.
Your eyes are not reliable either - you must use colorimeter hardware and software to adjust the monitor and create the profile. If you think you can trust your eyes, see the amazing image in this article: http://www.ppmag.com/reviews/200511_rodneycm.pdf
Oh, and "Pro-Test"... clever!

Malachite05 ForThe WellTempered Browser

Rated 5 out of 5 stars

Yes, on my calibrated monitor, versions 4 and 5 do seem to be a closer match to a real piece of malachite that I have, though I know the stones can vary quite a bit. This is a very good simulation! I also admire your persistence with trying to get the colors right - I have "been there, done that" with trying to get accurate colors.

To Our Armed Forces - with Love

Rated 5 out of 5 stars

Great design and already in my favorites. Between my parents, brother and me, we have over 50 years of service, but I was the only one to stay in long enough to retire. My parents were in the Korean war and my brother in Vietnam where he came back with a silver star and bronze star.

Morning SkyBow

very nice!

Peaceful Colors

Rated 4 out of 5 stars

Simple, but very well done.

A Solid Green Success

Rated 5 out of 5 stars

Another one I missed but is now in my favorites list. The thumbnail is deceiving, because it looks way better in my header (I'm a poet and don't know it ;) , where it has a 3D quality. Nice! Green is also my fav color.

Gimp Bubbles 1st Test

Rated 5 out of 5 stars

Not sure how I missed this one, but it's in my favorites now. Love the simple design and I'm partial to blue and green.

PersonaLand Monkeys Go Missing

Rated 5 out of 5 stars

Very effective and original design with a 3D quality, and of course outstanding color.

PersonaLand Weather Forecast

Rated 5 out of 5 stars

Outstanding design! Simple, effective, and wow, the colors!

Whirling Leaves & Trees

Rated 4 out of 5 stars

A nice impression of a landscape from an abstract image, and the leaves add impact. Well done! It may be worth trying this with fall-colored leaves, which should be easy to convert.

Aspergers Forest

Rated 4 out of 5 stars

Beautiful use of colors, as usual. I would like to see the pattern continue down the full height of the header.

Cotton Candy Swirl

Rated 5 out of 5 stars

The best personas often use a simple design that is well executed, and this is no exception. Great job!

Aspergers Color Dance

Rated 5 out of 5 stars

This has been on my favorites list for a long time. Amazing colors, and I think the little imperfections only help make your colors shine bright, just like your heartfelt poem.

Power Finally Back

Rated 5 out of 5 stars

Wow, the colors! Another favorite of mine.

Its Christmas in July

Every time I see this, it reminds me of "The Big Bang Theory" TV show's graphic screen at the beginning of the show.
