Works fine on TB 10.0.2, except one little flaw: It's impossible to modify the size (or remove) of the quota meter. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (0.3.3.1).
Being able to remove all the useless entries in the menus is cool.
Unfortunately it's incompatible with "Quick Search Bar" (see /firefox/addon/quicksearch): Its entry simply gets removed.
Furthermore it's a bit slow: sometimes entries I chose to be hidden disappear shortly after the menu got opened.
I replaced the addon 'Context Search' with this one. I prefer this one since it allows drag'n'dropping text directly onto search engines. I can only recommend 'Quick Search Bar'!
Drawback: It's incompatible with 'Organize Search Engines' and the popular 'Menu Editor'.
(Edit: removed statement about not being resizeable; it was due to me having a button between the urlbar and the searchbar)
Still works fine on Firefox 10.
This seems not to work with pinned tabs; if some of these are present when starting FF5, they get loaded and then even all other tabs are loaded. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (1.2).
Nice! Thank you very much for this good idea :-)
It would be even better if a middle click on the new home button would open the page in a new tab.
Wow, this changes your mind about what you thought 'smooth' really is.This review is for a previous version of the add-on (0.44.14.20080509).
