Needs Java now Rated 1 out of 5 stars
The site this add-on links to now requires Java to be installed to extract the audio from a YT video. This is a pity because Java is an application which is continually targeted by attackers and users run unnecessary risks by installing it. Therefore, I cannot recommend it anymore. This user has a previous review of this add-on.
This add-on is superfluous Rated 1 out of 5 stars
Apart from the privacy issues exposed by Sophos, all the functions this add-on offers can be achieved by installing another one called "Flagfox" which is also much better IMHO. To see the IP of the page you're on with Flagfox, simply hover the mouse over the country flag which appears in the location bar. Right click the flag to see other options. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (1.0.1-signed.1-signed).
Purely a link to third party site Rated 4 out of 5 stars
Links to a third party online conversion site called "video2mp3" which launches immediately when you click the "Save as mp3" button. No time limit imposed by that site, but it is ad supported, so make sure you've got "Adblock Plus" installed otherwise you'll be drowned in ads.

Malware sites can be loaded in the background and without user intervention after which JS/Shellcode can be downloaded to the browser cache and executed if the system isn't fully patched. Therefore, users shouldn't develop a degree of complacency just because VTZilla give a particular site a clean bill of health.
It's still a useful add-on to have though.

Blocks Catchpa on sites that require it to download a file. Unblocking via the Disconnect icon doesn't work and the page needs to be reloaded first. This means it needs to be disabled before visiting such a site. Otherwise it's well worth having. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (188.8.131.52-signed.1-signed).
Close button no longer visible Rated 2 out of 5 stars
At first I thought this was a good idea, but the problem is you lose sight of the Close button and therefore have to CTRL+W, or right click and then Close Tab to exit after loading the site. It would be much more convenient to be able to close the tab while viewing a different site.
The best YT downloader! Rated 5 out of 5 stars
The button works just fine on the new Youtube layout provided it's the general channel. If you can't see it, delete the Youtube cookie and clear the cache.
However, it is missing in on any user's channel. I sent you a screenshot ialc.
Excellent Add-on Rated 5 out of 5 stars
This is an add-on I've been using for a long time and have always found it to be indispensable, especially if you have "Add To Search Bar" installed. The latter add-on allows you to add any number of search engines to Firefox which then become available via the context menu. Here's a screenshot of how mine looks at the moment: http://img827.imageshack.us/i/contextsearch.png/ To install "Add To Search Bar", go to https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/add-to-search-bar/This review is for a previous version of the add-on (0.4.6.1-signed).
Context Search needed to search from context menu Rated 5 out of 5 stars
I was praising "Add To Search Bar" a couple of days ago and mentioned that you can use it to search from the context menu (right click). However, to achieve that particular aim too, you also need an add-on called Context Search which you can find on this site. Direct link to save you looking for it: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/context-search/This review is for a previous version of the add-on (2.0.1-signed). Doesn't work in Firefox 4 Rated 1 out of 5 stars
I'm located in the Netherlands and get everything in Dutch even though I have a UK OS. Installing Gelocater did nothing to change that and sites like Myspace default to Dutch even though according to Geolocator, I'm now located in Norwich, UK. See: http://img861.imageshack.us/i/stillinnl.png/This review is for a previous version of the add-on (184.108.40.206-signed.1-signed).
Can't capture flash video Rated 2 out of 5 stars
I can confirm what JoshuaRivenbark mentioned namely that you can't take flash screenshots with this add-on. However, you can take one using the old fashioned method, that is to say, hit PrtScrn to copy the whole page to the Windows clipboard, open Paint and then hit CTRL+V to paste it in there after which you can crop it. See: http://img861.imageshack.us/i/xatthai.png/
So this would seem to indicate that it's not Firefox which is the culprit, but rather the add-on's screen capture function which is at fault.
Good for making background checks Rated 4 out of 5 stars
This is a useful add-on for making background checks among other things although I notice that a number of companies often use the option to hide the site owner making a Whois query useless. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (220.127.116.11-signed).
One of the best add-ons ever! Rated 5 out of 5 stars
This has got to be one of the best add-ons ever! Being able to add a search engine to the context menu in such a simple way is fantastic! Whether you're searching for music, films, the meaning of a particular word or phrase, or a review of a product to name but a few; being able to have instant access to the search utility via the context menu which this add-on allows you to make rates as one of the best ideas I've ever come across! This review is for a previous version of the add-on (2.0.1-signed).
Something to be aware of Rated 1 out of 5 stars
According to Heisse Security @ h-online.com, anyone who attempts to test LastPass security will have their IP address blocked. The problem here is that if another user is using the same proxy or NAT firewall, they'll also get a message that their IP has been blocked.
Also, as android272 points out, FF already has a very good password manager which makes this add-on superfluous.
Similarly, "KeePass" offers an excellent password manager and is worth checking out. Point FF to "keepass.info" (without quotes) for more info.
Discrepancies Rated 1 out of 5 stars
Just as a matter of interest, why has the name of the developer changed? CS was developed by someone called Ron Beckman according to Wikipedia, not "csdev". Also, why does the "Updated" field still show January 27, 2009 if CS has been updated recently to work with FF4?This user has a previous review of this add-on.

Yes, I can confirm what others have already said namely that it doesn't work with FF4.
Actually, I was a bit surprised that it suddenly enabled itself today after being disabled during the FF upgrade. I thought there was supposed to be some sort of notification from Mozilla that an update had become available rather than the Add-on being able to enable itself. Could be a security issue there.
For the time being, I've switched to using Tony Schilling's "Cookie Monster 1.0.5" which works more or less the same way as CookieSafe did in case that's of any use to anyone.

Excellent tmtisfree! Worked like a charm! I'm so happy to be able to get OpenBook working in FF4.
