Almost perfect Rated 4 out of 5 stars
Really happy to see this working in the latest FF versions again it’s definitely the best APNG editor available BUT it REALLY needs to implement the greyed out option and be able to load an existing APNG animation — people just don't keep old .animat workfiles after a apng file is made, but there's still a good chance you'll want to edit it later, or you could want to work on a file created by a different APNG editor (I have 2 others on my systems), so PLEASE let us load our existing APNG files, PLEASE!
Problem with 1.2.4 Rated 4 out of 5 stars
I really like this add-on, but the latest release won't display a photo unless the address book entry has an e-mail address! This wasn't the case with the previous release (1.2.3) and the image still shows in the properties' photo tab, but nowhere else — since I use the address book for any and all contact information there are a number of entries which contain physical addresses, dates, PHOTO, web or facebook contacts but no e-mail address. With the latest version suddenly the photo (even default images) no longer appear. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (1.2.4).
Just 1½ things that could be improved Rated 5 out of 5 stars
This is a really great addition, but it does have some slight room for improvement … The most obvious to me is that when there is only one tab open (and you have options set so that the tab bar goes away if there are'nt multiple tabs — available under "tab mix plus" add-on at least) the nav & title bars separate, again taking 2 lines. Keeping them combined to save that extra line would be close to perfection. When this happens, it hi-lites one other minor glitch — when the nav & title bars are combined you lose the extended icon text (such as this page has) which could just be to save space, but keeping it should be at least an option.
