Satellite animation is broke... Rated 4 out of 5 stars
Just updated from v0.8.16 to v0.8.18 because the satellite animation wasn't working. v0.8.18 seems to have the same problem! I'll assume your satellite animation site / link is down. After the update didn't fix the problem even with a clean install I tried my desktop PC and got the same results. This is the most used feature for me personally so I hope the PTB get it back up today!
Speaking of animation, it would be real nice if both the satellite and radar animations offered regional and State view(s) user options. National is great, but I'd also like to see a closer metro, regional, and State view. Check out the radar animation in the ForecastFox add-on for a regional radar reference. Sadly I have both installed because one or the other don't incorporate user customizable features as noted. They each lack something the other has. Someday a well rounded weather add-on with user customizable features as noted would be great.
ANIMATION FIXED! Thanks AniWeather... Rated 5 out of 5 stars
Just wrote a flippin' detailed review that got wiped when submitted. Now I'm very upset!!! Latest update of AniWeather v0.8.12 in Ff v3.6.17 broke the toolbar icon animation setting/feature. Web page animation works fine but toolbar animation just quite working all together. Other complaints: 1) frame rate across the board is extremely fast and unreadable - 2) no local or regional USA radar options. This is why I have ForecastFox installed as well so I can access local regional radar. And no -- they played well together for a long time until the last.AniWeather update.
Got a fix or resolve for this AniWeather team?
>Edit: 5/4/11... I was going to delete and re-write my review but decided otherwise. I did clean it up a bit and apologize to anyone offended. We all have bad days. I do hope the AniWeather team resolves this issue soon. After all, it is a great add-on! Even if it is currently broken to some extent and in need of some additional options/features as noted above.
>Edit: 5/12/11... AniWeather team... I installed v0.8.1.6 and it did indeed fix the icon animation issue. Thank you for the reply.
_Anyone: The version mentioned above is available here. Just click on the "view all versions" link on the main page at bottom right. It's at the top of the page listing. Not tested by Mozilla as of this writing and that's why you don't see it listed on the main download page.
Very "impressive" add-on!!! Rated 5 out of 5 stars
Copy to clip-board... PRICELESS! The on-line editor is great! I like that it's layout is similar to GIMP's. Very user friendly IMO. Does what it says on the box and then some. Well done Ola!!! 10 Stars... hands down. ;-)This review is for a previous version of the add-on (2.0.5).
Works as advertised! Rated 5 out of 5 stars
Great add-on Kaspar! Thanks for your time designing this!
I'm in agreement with "shaurz" comment "Unfortunately the accelerator Ctrl+Shift+O is already used by "Organise Bookmarks" on Linux.". Confirmed. Using this shortcut doesn't work and it needs to be changed.
Keep up this great extension! Thanks.
Illogical and Doesn't Work... Rated 1 out of 5 stars
I fail to see the point of this add-on. When installed it installs/creates a "Unsorted Bookmarks" folder to the main bookmarks menu. When saving a 'random bookmark' on the fly to the menu Ff simply places it 'on' the main bookmark menu as usual (Ff default action). Unsorted bookmarks logically are just that, bookmarks added on the fly without placing them in a specific folder! I have "Add Bookmark Here 2" installed which doesn't show up in the "Unsorted Bookmarks" folder installed/created as a result of installing this add-on either making it a doubly pointless bit of code. A completely useless add-on.
Re-code it to be the default drop folder for bookmarks on the fly when no other folder is selected (to be sorted/organized later)-(rather than the default placement on main bookmarks menu) and you might have something.
If anyone wants a bookmarks folder labeled "Unsorted Bookmarks" on either the bookmarks menu or the bookmarks toolbar, simply create one and be done with it! Why add useless code that makes a one time folder for you when installed, and nothing else?!? No settings/options to control any actions exist either, so I really fail to see the point of this add-on or the 5-star reviews.Totally pointless! I don't even understand why the Ff dev's put this one through!
This is what I get for assuming an add-on does as it's title insinuates. After all, it's description clearly states "Add Unsorted Bookmarks Folder to Bookmarks Menu" and nothing more. Guess I deserve the "Homer Simpson Award" for this one. What a waste of time. At least it uninstalls! +1
BTW -- drag and drop works fine for main bookmarks menu as well as the bookmarks toolbar in Ff v-3.0.18 on Linux. I'm just completely baffled over this one. If you don't know how to create a bookmarks folder, read the help file!
Ya Broke It!!! Rated 5 out of 5 stars
Me too! Ya flippin' broke it!!! Damn dev's that don't test things before releasing them on the public. Seems like this is becoming a disease lately with add-on dev's. I don't mean to sound ungracious, but Please fix this YESTERDAY! Thanks
While your at it, fix the "Alerts" icon so it can actually be turned off after reading. That's never worked on my machine. Extremely annoying!!!
A Must Have Tool for PIM... Rated 5 out of 5 stars
A Calendar, To-Do/Task list, and your email... all in one place!
A long awaited combo that's simply OUTSTANDING!!! Thank you for developing this fantastic tool for TB. Keep up the great work!
Works great on my Linux box! (I don't use the on-line calendar sync feature though. No need at this time.)

Thank you Eyal!... Rated 5 out of 5 stars
Thank you for rewriting this extension Eyal so that all may enjoy the simplicity it affords us, and the time it saves keeping our email folders clean and uncluttered because of excess duplicates. This is a can't-live-without ext'n! A must have for anyone with any amount of emails.
For those of you who don't realize what Eyal has done here, and the gift given us, read the mozdev page http://removedupes.mozdev.org/ .
Thank you Eyal for reviving this ext'n. ;)
A MUST HAVE... Rated 5 out of 5 stars
..ext'n that's just simple and awesome all rolled into one. This "should be a TB default option". But since it isn't, many thanks to you for developing 'Folderpane Tools'. Outstanding! Please keep this one around and up-to-date, at least 'til you can talk TB developers into incorporating it as a built in feature. ;)This review is for a previous version of the add-on (0.0.5.1).
Doesn't work... Rated 2 out of 5 stars
...on Linux. Running Ubuntu with FF-3 and this did nothing but place blk text on blk tabs (tried each setting with same results). Very disappointed after using this in FF on Windows XP (which works nicely). To bad. I'll have to find something else to replace it on Linux. :(This review is for a previous version of the add-on (0.8).
Not needed in FF3... Rated 5 out of 5 stars
...as Dominic Pfluger stated in his comment, it's obsolete. This feature has been incorporated in the FF3 'Bookmarks Organizer'. Open the 'bookmark Organizer' feature from the bookmark menu. Highlight a bookmark, then at the bottom of the editing area click on the 'More' button. This will open the 'additional text editing box's/dialogs' which work and look just as they did in the 'Flat Bookmark Editing' extension. This was and still is an excellent extension for users of FF prior to FF3.
Regards and thank you "chouser" for a great extension. Emulation is the greatest honor, and FF3 has done just that for "Flat Bookmark Editing and it's developer"! ;)
PLEASE UPDATE TO Ff-3... Rated 4 out of 5 stars
Great extension! Please update it too be compatible with Ff3 AnonEmoose. Btw, very creative name there... ;) I like it!
Now UPDATED for Ff3.... Rated 5 out of 5 stars
Great extension Roman!!
Thank you very much for the updated Ff3 version. Works as smooth as silk on Ubuntu Linux. I'm once again one-happy-camper. Now I can resume my on-line reading and mark where I left off so I can return to it later with an automatic bookmark in the bookmark drop-down list menu entry for "Book Text Mark" when I have time to continue reading.
Thanks for your efforts creating this ext'n Roman! It's the only on-line book/page-marking utility I know of and we hope it stays around for a very long time.
Please don't let this one fall by the wayside.
Great little ext'n! Rated 5 out of 5 stars
Does what it says on the box! Very nicely done ext'n that even ID's a local file in the tab with an icon of a house. ID's country quickly and access's Whois directly when needed. Hovering mouse over flag icon reveals URL, IP, and country the server is located in. A nice addition to anyones Add-on arsenal, even if your simply curious about the origin of the web page being served up in your browser.
Well done Dave! Keep this one up to date for us. Thanks for your efforts.
WOW!!! Rated 5 out of 5 stars
The most impressive search/research tool/ext'n for Ff I've seen to date. Thanks for putting this together David! Very nice piece of work, but your missing one of the best search engines around called Clusty (http://clusty.com (the URL is correct_not a typo)). When it comes to research, the clustering nature of Clusty makes it an outstanding tool. Please incorporate this engine into your termBlaster extension. Clusty offers several search categories similar to others. A must have search engine! Amazing search results structure. The engine was originally designed for corporate research. There are plugins available for browsers separately as well if you only want to add to your existing arsenal (http://clusty.com/search?v%3aproject=clusty-toolbar&page=download&).
* termBlaster Ff extension is an awesome tool!
Big Time Saver! Thanks! Rated 5 out of 5 stars
Just found this little gem. Placing bookmarks has become quicker with this extension. Eliminates the extra step of locating the folder in the dialog box. Just find a folder you want to place the bookmark in on your bookmarks drop-down menu and click 'bookmark this page...', just like it says on the box! Add a new folder (or sub-folder) or separator directly above the highlighted folder/bookmark on the drop-down menu (no more sorting). Simple but effective! Why this isn't the default way of doing bookmarks in Ff one will never know. If you bookmark often (or not) this is a must have extension. Maybe we'll get lucky and have this become a default bookmarking feature of Firefox/Mozilla products period.
Thanks for taking the time to create this Arno! Keep up this great extension. Awesome... ;)
A dream come true! Rated 5 out of 5 stars
A long awaited extension/feature that's priceless for dealing with 'copy and paste' functions related to hyper-links. Well done! ...and it's user friendly as well as customizable! Just right click a hyperlink and make your choice from the right-click context menu. Default choices will cover the majority of users needs and if you have a special formating need, add it via the extensions 'Options' dialog. A must have extension if you deal with 'copying and pasting' of any kind of page/hyper link.
Thank you Jonah and contributers!
AWESOME! Rated 5 out of 5 stars
Thank you Max1Million!!
I've been looking for this feature for a long time and ran across it today. Works as advertised (Fx v188.8.131.52)! With 44 ext's, 9 themes, 9 plug-ins and growing, it works flawlessly. Simple and to the point. Replaced 'Pertinkina' ext'n which fricken re-directs to their HmPg every time you activate/use it (PIA). Can't thank you enough Max1Million for developing this one. Definitely a keeper!! This should be incorporated into Fx as a default feature.
Another great one... Rated 5 out of 5 stars
...to compliment authors other ext'n called X-Ray. Thanks Stuart! Some items are difficult to see on the black bkgd, otherwise, a fine job. Once again, thank you for this ext'n.This review is for a previous version of the add-on (0.4.1).
Very cool.. Rated 5 out of 5 stars
...ext'n Stuart! I just found this and want to thank you for producing it. Very helpful to see things layed out. Thanks! This review is for a previous version of the add-on (0.8.1).
