golimpio - You can make the todoist panel come and go easily by adding an icon/link to your Thunderbird task bar. It ain't obvious though.
In Thunderbird, go to View/Toolbars/customize. At the very bottom, you'll see the Todoist icon.
Click on it. The Todoist icon will appear in the shortcuts on top of your email listings.
Click the icon and the sidebar appears. Click again and it's gone. Very functional.
And yes, it would be nice if you could shrink it smaller. This works well though.
Incompatible with "Conversations" add-on Rated 3 out of 5 stars
If you have "Thunderbird Conversations" add-on installed, adding email as a task will not work properly.
Rated 4 out of 5 stars
If it worked, it would surely be great, but alas, the current version does not seem to cooperate well with TB 15.
**Edit**: It DOES work, however it is incompatible with the Mail Summaries add-on - if both are installed, the Todoist Addon does not work for me.
Beware of premium features, lock-in and major limitations of the free version. Rated 3 out of 5 stars
The add-on is great until you discover that to be able to add notes (actual contents, details) to your tasks you are supposed to subscribe for (currently) $29/year to the premium version. Another feature that is only available in the premium version is the ability to view past projects (so you cannot really use this addon for reporting purposes unless you upgrade). This then makes you think about lock in, etc.
* The tasks appear on the left in a separate column whose width is set to a fixed value, occupying quite a bit of space (I could not at least make them smaller).
* The video shows a 'reorder projects' button on the projects drop-down list, but my version does not have this button! Finally, I have found a way: Left to the projects (when looking at the project list) there is a handle (three horizontal lines) which you grab to move the projects around. It would be good to update the video or just somehow make this feature easier to find for people like me.
Manage your inbox even when not using GMail Rated 5 out of 5 stars
If you're not using GMail and still want to manage your inbox - that's the perfect solution. Todoist at their best! :-)This review is for a previous version of the add-on (3.5).

It works perfect, I love the fact that you now can add emails as tasks :) - thanks for at great product! This review is for a previous version of the add-on (3.5).
in conflict w/ Contacts Sidebar Rated 3 out of 5 stars
This plug in is in conflict with Contacts Sidebar. I guess it is because they both use the sidebar location. If one is enabled, the other can not be used. I love to have both. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (3.0).
