I'd been using Menu Editor, but it conflicted with other add-ons, so I'm here.

Nice Addon with an annoying bug Rated 4 out of 5 stars
This addon is really nifty, I like it a lot.
However, there is a bug that is just a little to annoying to just live with it:
After a while having it active, the font-color in all menus changes to a gray that makes it really hard to read on the black background.
in the CSS-Style config for each menu, but it isn´t accepted. Shouldn´t be necessary anyway to do that.
Additional information for the developer:
I dont use the CSS feature otherwise.
System: Ubuntu 16.04 64-bit
Firefox: no modifications other than several addons.
Potentially conflicting installed addon: Tabmix Plus (has menu editing, too).
Otherwise, great addon!

Addware, Browser Hijacker and Key Logger - MALWARE! Rated 1 out of 5 stars
##Warning## this addon is pure Malware!!!
The addon is clearly Adware, but also adds (3rd party) Toolbars for browser hijacking and key logging. This is was discovered when viewing an Ebay site, where a Toolbar shows, that hijacks searches to an alternate "shopping website", and logs (keylogs) data to this website.
This repressible action is alluded to in the programs cryptic notification of:
"Suggested ads - are small tips about up-to-the-minute rebates,
shown on the top of the page for certain shops you visit."
It is surprising that this repressible action is NOT made clear in the " About this Add-on" information! (The above cryptic notification was NOT displayed, and was only found buried in the addons code.)
Also, apparently, unless you enable websites to store (malicious?) tracking data, this addon will continually display Adds, and add (advertising?) toolbars for Browser Hijacking and Key Logger. Thus the claim "Advertising is disabled by default" and "advertising displays once in a lifetime...." is completely FALSE
It is also amazing that the many reviews that warn of the Malware nature of this addon are continually removed.
NOTE: There have been MANY (now deleted) reviews of the pure malware nature of this addon!
All low star reviews for this addon get removed, so do NOT believe the (possibly) false many five star reviews!
Another post stated they looked at the code and "there's nothing suspicious".
Well a very quick look at the addon code reveals:
s.src = 'https://s3.amazonaws.com/js-static/13fdb1e5ae9a9b3a61.js';
This is a well known source for browser redirection, add injection, and 3rd party installs of malicious code (see https://howtoremove.guide/remove-s3-amazonaws-virus/).
Another immediate amazing piece of code is:
So this addon amazingly does something to (disable?) "Add Block Plus".
These malicious code segments were found with just a quick look, there is no doubt much more malicious acts are buried in this addons code.
> Addware, Browser Hijacker and Key Logger - MALWARE!
Stop writing nasty things without giving the real facts!
My add-on is absolutely safe!
> So this addon amazingly does something to (disable?) "Add Block Plus".
If you carefully read the code, you'll see that I changed ONLY MenuWizard-settings WITHOUT touching Adblock Plus!
It is necessary for the proper management of the menu for "Customizations for Adblock Plus":

A fantastic add-on Rated 5 out of 5 stars
You can perform so many things with this add-on that it's truly amazing.
For instance I've read several Firefox users complaining that no shortcut key was assigned to the Reader View Mode. Well, with menu Wizard it's a breeze :
Menu Wizard options / Menu Bar / View / 'Enter Reader View' / Config (small icon on the left) / Keyboard Shortcuts ... and assign a valid key, et voila!
I've assigned Ctrl+Alt+R and it's true pleasure!
Menu Wizard + Firefox = Tweak^2
Fantastic. And that's just one of the many many things this add-on can perform. Amazing.
Rated 5 out of 5 stars
This review is for a previous version of the add-on (5.01).

Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Rated 2 out of 5 stars
For example, I can successfully change the keyboard shortcut for 'open a private page' to ctrl + alt + P. However, it doesn't work when assigning a keyboard shortcut to 'Print Preview' or 'Page Info'.This review is for a previous version of the add-on (5.01).
good add-on but... Rated 3 out of 5 stars
It's a good add-on and possibly unique of its kind, but...
unfortunately, if you disable it, every customization you might have done, vanishes, that is, modifications are not permanent. This means you have to have it enabled all the time, not a good idea though, since it slows down the (otherwise instant) appearance of context menus. I guess -only guess- that this lag , is due to the fact that every right-click passes through this add-on, which thing, (provided that my guess is correct), is neither appealing nor desirable, for quite understandable reasons...
Context menu entries are not saved Rated 4 out of 5 stars
Since the version of Firefox 48.0 moved context menu items at the next start of Firefox are back on the previous original position.
I want to "1.7.1 Context Bookmarks" move the "Bookmark" from the addon to the top position of "context menu for websites".

Great plugin, sad incompatibility Rated 4 out of 5 stars
I love this plugin. But it doesn't work well with KeyCue (http://www.ergonis.com/products/keycue/) and makes Firefox crash whenever I try to activate KeyCue via keyboard shortcut. Probably because it goes through the menus to build the cheat sheet. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (5.01).

Absolutely Fantastic! Essential and Effective. Rated 5 out of 5 stars
I really missed having any control over menus when the Menu Editor extensions stopped being developed several years ago. There was nothing around that was able to take its place ..... that was until Menu Wizard came along.
Not only does Menu Wizard provide a modern working alternative to Menu Editor, it way exceeds it in terms of functions and ease of use.
The old Menu Editor could only rearrange or hide menu items, but it could not rename any of them (which was really annoying). Also the interface for arranging the menu items was completely abstracted from the real menu itself, and often menu items added by extensions would appear in places in the Editor window that had no bearing on their real position.
None of those problems exist with Menu Wizard. The Editor page is clearly laid out in identical format to the actual menus and, even better, you can edit the menus in-place from within the application itself (without even having to open Menu Wizard's Options page).
I don't like the look of the 'Configure This Menu' and 'Show All' buttons in all my menus, but fortunately they can easily be turned on or off. This means that you can have all the ease of use and advantage of editing your menus in-situ, but then still have clean looking menus (with no unwanted extra menu edit icons) when you've finished editing. If later on you find another menu that you wish to edit, simply toggle on the 'Edit This Menu' button, make your changes, and then toggle it off again. Perfect!
I can't think of anything negative about this extension at all. It does everything that I could possibly want with regards to Menu customization.
It's easily one of the most important extensions that I use, and it's great that Menu Wizard works just as well in Thunderbird as it does Firefox.
I can't use either program without Menu Wizard, things are just way too cluttered and disorganized.
Give it a try. It really is excellent.
Great app which fills gaps for advanced users Rated 4 out of 5 stars
Finally, a tool to help with rebinding of keyboard shortcuts! Particularly useful when multiple extensions installed all competing for shortcuts attention.
Wishlist: 1. Would be very useful to have an "Unbind all" option. 2. Would be great to have a option to unbind/reassign an existing shortcut when trying to assign one that's already assigned.
Rated 4 out of 5 stars
