Lighting a mess with every TB update Rated 1 out of 5 stars

Cannot figure out how to reply to developers question!!! No replies available? Anyway, YES OF COURSE I updated Provider for Google to 0.16, several times. If you want replies you will have to give us a way to reach you.

Why can't you guy figure out how to make Lightning work with each new TB update and post it accurately? I've lost my entire calendar, and reinstalling 1.7 doesn't help. Neither does updating Provider for Google Calendar with which I sync. It's a MESS! Please try to make things work BEFORE you release them as this seems to happen every time, but this time I can't find a fix.

I really don't know why this is breaking for so many people. We update Lightning together with the Thunderbird release, so it should be there during the update.

What did happen this time is that the Provider for Google Calendar needs an update to 0.16. Did you also update that one?

This review is for a previous version of the add-on (1.7).  This user has a previous review of this add-on.

Maybe the reason for there not being a way to reply to a reply is because the reviews are NOT A SUPPORT FORUM. Thank you very much for posting two 1-star reviews, even though I took the time to reply to you. If you would have googled my name, then you would have found at least 10 sites that give you a way to contact me. You could also have used the support link, which would have sent you to the blog, which would allow you to leave a comment there.

I have had many support requests in the past, where people did not update the provider, which is why I asked. 90% of the support cases were solved this way, so I don't think its wrong of me to double check if you are using the right versions.

You have given me zero information that helps me find out what your problem is. No error messages, no detailed steps, nothing from the error console. All I hear is you have updated and it doesn't work. How do you expect I solve this with only a mere reply to a review?
