Kardia CRM Add-on for Thunderbird 1.03

Privacy Policy

This add-on does communicate over the network and with other components within Thunderbird and Lightning.

Network Server. When you start Thunderbird with the Kardia add-on enabled, you will need to log in to an account on a Kardia CRM server that you (or someone you work with) has set up. This add-on communicates over the network with that server only, to lookup and update profile and task (and other CRM-related) data.

Calendars. This add-on may be configured to synchronize your Kardia CRM task data with a task list or calendar you have configured within the Thunderbird Lightning add-on.

Email. This add-on accesses the content and/or email address(es) of the emails that you view, in order to determine if the addressee(s) are in the Kardia CRM database, so that profile data about those addressee(s) may be displayed to you. This add-on also may, at your option, also store information about email messages in the Kardia CRM database.

Email Servers. This add-on accesses information about email server(s) you have configured in Thunderbird. It does so in order to determine what email addresses belong to you, so that your own profile on the Kardia server is not repeatedly displayed to you when you open emails in which you are an addressee (this would include nearly all of your emails!).
