Stopped Working Rated 1 out of 5 stars

Used to work well, but with FF 24/25 and Extension .05 stopped working.

No menu items, no icons, nothing.

Bug in TB 24 Rated 2 out of 5 stars

Breaks the status bar in TB 24 : total and unread counts are now at the left, no more informations about activity in status bar. Lightning's "today" button has disappeared.

Otherwise, event extraction does not work very well in french.

Not useful Rated 1 out of 5 stars

Indeed, it suggests date and time information. But these suggestions are useless because they have nothing in common with the dates in the mails. What a pity. If it worked it where helpful.

Sorry that it didn't work out for you. Do you think you could take the time and report the email content (or relevant part of it) and expected result at https://etherpad.mozilla.org/event-extract?

Promising, but issues with date recognition and Conversations Rated 4 out of 5 stars

Works partially: I'm looking at a Google Calendar event reminder email that has a clear time range, but Event Extract only gets the day.I also had the same conflict with Conversations. Thanks to the tip from the reviewer for extracting event. Additional tips for quicker workflow: hit they keyboard shortcut for "Open Message" (Command-O on OS X), after which you can click on the "Extract as event" toolbar button (so you need to customize your toolbar first).

This works pretty well!

Note to other users: It doesn't seem to work with the Conversations add-on. You will need to click the option "view using classic reader". Then you can right-click and select Extract As...

This add-on does not always grab the right date, but it does a pretty good job. Hopefully it will continue to improve!
