Information We Collect
The Software allows you to have greater control over your email, by splitting the content of your email from the sending instructions (the “Services”). When you download the Software and register for an account, we ask you to provide certain personally identifiable information, including your name and email address and other information from which your identity is or may be discernible (your “Account Information”). We collect Account Information for authentication purposes when you send or receive emails. When you send an email using the Services, the content of your email, including any content pointers (collectively, “Content”), is transmitted and stored on our ECS Server. The encryption of your Content is determined solely by you. We do not encrypt your Content as part of the Services, but you may choose to encrypt your Content prior to sending it using the Services. While we try to provide a secure environment for your Content, we cannot guarantee that Content uploaded to our ECS Server is absolutely secure. No highly sensitive information, such as credit card numbers or regulated data, should be sent using the Services without being encrypted first. Your Content will remain stored on our ECS Server until you delete it. If you are unable to access your account to delete your Content, please contact us at email@example.com.
