Hi, I'm writing a bug report here, because I cannot find another way to contact you. I don't have much hope on a reaction, though, because I didn't see any review that had a reaction. Still...

When you download an executable file Firefox starts scanning the file when the download is finished. If you double click the file in the download statusbar during this scanning, the file is immediately executed. If you wait a bit until the scanning is finished and then double click the file, you get a security warning asking if you really want to run the file, because it can be harmful.
It seems to me that you should always get this popup window.
I think this bug was present is in all Firefox versions I have used, but at the moment I'm using Firefox 10.0.2 and Download Statusbar 0.9.10 on Windows XP SP3...
