No longer supported. That's great, make something then just dump it. Don't let anyone else keep the tool going, just let it die and don't give a toss for those who use it. Thanks.

Thank you for the helpful reply. I haven't updated this addon in years, but every version that I created was released under the GPL, so anyone is free to come along and modified the tool to update it, or re-purpose it and release themselves.

I apologize that my life plan didn't line up with your need for this free tool and hope that you have a great day!

This one doesn't work without some hacking. Just go with the WhyDoWork.com Adsense Monitor. That one works great: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/12735

Love it. But needs to be updated for 3.5.* without having to manually update.

It's very usefull plug-in!

The only problem is lack of compatibility, both of FF 3.5.x and euro.

I write small fix for version and euro, but only italian works with euro because I dunno which states have euro or dollar in adsense site.

This Addon works fine once you have completed the fix that is outlined here:
http://www.lancelhoff.com/how-to-fix-adsense-notifier-password-problem/

There are similar Addons out there, but many of them are junk to begin with. Just fix this one and your set.

Posted a fix for Firefox 3.5 - both Mac OS X & PC.

The plug-in still works fine for me, although the developer seems no longer reachable.

Installed this plug-in and experienced operational failure as suggested by other posters. Looked at the http://www.lancelhoff.com/how-to-fix-adsense-notifier-password-problem/ fix suggested by by kimme and modified those instructions.

Using File Explorer, browse to C:\Documents and Settings\user_name\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\random_funky_number.default\extensions\ and look for {2722cbe5-82a8-4037-a8f5-e1cb2100e3b2}, the directory for Adsense Notifier. Edit this file: {2722cbe5-82a8-4037-a8f5-e1cb2100e3b2}\components\nsAdsensenotifier.js by inserting your password on line 103.

Security note: Your adsense password is now saved in a PLAIN TEXT format.

Security note: This plug-in allows anyone logged in as you to directly access your Google Adsense account.

After editing my password and restarting FireFox, this plug-in has worked great for me thus far. Right clicking the status bar icon opens the correct page in Adsense logged in as me.

I would like to thank the plug-in's author for their past efforts. I hope this state of non-support is only caused by a loss of enthusiasm and nothing more serious.

Doesn't work.

Why is this even still available for download if the creator is defunct and it doesn't work?

Take it down please. It was a waste of my time

Was a great plugin until mincus disappeared and stopped supporting it. The only method I have found to keep it working in FF3 was the http://www.lancelhoff.com tutorial.

I tried the profile backup method suggested by user randompage, but the settings would not stick after clearing passwords (private data) which I do quite frequently.

this is really GREAT addon. i've use it since ff2 and really help me a lot.

when i upgraded to ff 3.0.6, i see the same problem. then i try to install it on brand new clean profile.

from there i can see that there is conflict between ff2 and ff3 profiles.

tips:
- backup your whole profile folder to somewhere else
- using mozbackup, backup your profile. i only use it to backup my passwords. or for passwords files copy key3.db, signons2.txt, signons3.txt, signons(number).txt
- delete all files (just files not folder) in root folder of your profile.
- restore passowrd files or your profile from mozbackup
- done.

This WAS a great extension, when working. But now, even after the fix sugested by "lancelhoff.com", doesn't work anymore. Only shows "zero" on all values.

It worked perfectly in early releases. But sometimes the data is mixxed up. % must be € or otherwise.

Had to clean my pc: I use Adsense notifier 0.9.8 and Firefox 3.0.4 and it keeps bugging with an inlog problem.
