It does exactly what it says it does. But the developer should add something to make sure that you're logged in to your account first before uploading.
This little add-on is fantastic, it does exactly what it says it's doing, and it does it quickly! I have gotten a few false positives, but the developer made it possible to open the suspicious web page from within the app! So you can check and make sure it's all kosher.
I really applaud this app, I've been looking for something like it for a long time.
I can't figure out how to make it run.. I can't find it in the Menu bar or as an icon anywhere. Not even within the Bookmarks folder.
Update --> Found it at the bottom in the Addon Bar. Works great!
I don't know how to review this. It does a good job of telling me who is tracking me, and so I assume that it blocks them.
However, it also keeps track of how many times.. someone has tried to track me. So I'm ditching lots of small trackers for one giant tracker? I mean, they give out graphic "medals" for "you" having "blocked" (x) number of sites. You can even get a graph of how well you're doing -- so I can only assume that my personal data, at least some of it, is being shuffled off to the people at Albine.
Lastly, I have to wonder why they block individual cookies as they come, rather than just reading the site into a local database and setting up an auto-block system. I don't move around the web enough to have been hit by 9500+ separate people trying to track me.
So the rating? Eh.
This is a very useful addon to another addon (DownThemAll). I only wish that the developer would bring it up to spec so that it works with Firefox 8. However, as soon as this is done, I'd recommend that anyone using this type of addon consider using this. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (1.1).
It works...? I don't understand why the Form & Search History is a gray box. If this is not being erased, it's not doing everything. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (1.1.1).
Um... is it just too much hassle for everybody to click the star once in the navigation bar to add a bookmark?
I'm not sure why this add-on is necessary.
This is definitely one of the best and most useful add-ons that I have ever used. I have never had any issues with it causing problems or not functioning. Fantastic! I love anything that saves me space. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (2.1.6). This user has 2 previous reviews of this add-on.
This Add-on is admittedly cool. But after using it for a while I can't decide why it's actually any more useful than simply using the native tab bar and something like ColorfulTabs or a dozen others to make them easily distinguished from one another. So my rating is based on yes it's neat and does what it says it'll do -- but why bother? This review is for a previous version of the add-on (1.4.2b).
Does what it says it does, nice and fast. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (20101024).
Technically does what it says. But what it does is horrible. The colors are wild and distracting, text in the tabs actually becomes difficult to read. Stick with something else, like ColorfulTabs. The slow speed at which it gathers the information and displays it doesn't help its cause. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (1.4).
FoxClocks gets all of the good press, but this Add-on is superior. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (0.6.1).
Does a nice job. Could use a lot more in the way of features (such as saving to different formats), but is otherwise neat and clean. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (1.7).
Fantastic Add-on. It has cleared up my Bookmarks Toolbar by lumping Google's services. This is an incredible bit of code. Everyone should get it. If I had any kind of disposable income, I'd donate to the project. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (2.1.6). This user has other reviews of this add-on.
Incredible Add-on. My Bookmarks Toolbar is now free of links to Google's array of services. I'd recommend this to anyone, and if I had any kind of disposable income, I'd donate to the project. Thank you for providing it.This review is for a previous version of the add-on (2.1.6).
Nice Add-on, but honestly I find myself more used to the left double-click which takes only slightly more time than the right click feature provided by this bit of code. It does exactly what it says... I'm just not sure that it's necessary. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (3.0).
Nice, lots of features and works seamlessly for me on Firefox 4.0.1. I have previously used other weather Add-ons (such as AniWeather), but this Add-on is superior in options, features, presentation and perhaps most of all -- speed! This review is for a previous version of the add-on (2.0.2).
I have absolutely no use for this Add-on. But it's fun! This review is for a previous version of the add-on (4.1.2).
I'll be honest, I prefer FabTabs. But as it is not currently supported with Firefox 4, ColorfulTabs is the next best thing. Other Add-ons are pretty, but simply take too long to work. Tap some of FabTab's features, and this will be a fantastic piece of code. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (220.127.116.11.2.1).
This is an amazing Add-on. It could have left out the ability to mark up the page and still have been amazing in its capture capabilities. The ability to mark the page is just frosting. Fantastic job! This review is for a previous version of the add-on (2.2.1).
