Can't Login. Frustrating. Rated 2 out of 5 stars

The idea is good.

At one time, I started saving pages to read later. But then I noticed those were never "arriving" on my Android or other browsers.

Then I found those pages were all being saved locally, and never uploaded.

I tried logging in many times via the plug-in. The login window appears, I login, the ReadItLater website opens in a new tab. But it shows me as not logged in.

Back to the plug-in, I try to refresh the list again, and it still says I need to login.

No problem: remove extension completely, start all over again. No joy. Still won't work.

I tried downloading the extension from Mozilla and also from ReadItLater, but none worked.

Same symptoms on my home computer.

Frustrating, huh??

Fundamental. A must-have extension. This should actually be part of Thunderbird.

Works great in TB 7.0.1

UnMHT

Awesome. It's really awesome to be able to save a whole page, including images, CSS, etc to a single MHT file. No, it's not like printing a PDF file. It's like having all HTML, images, CSS, etc in one compacted file.

Delicious Bookmarks

It's OK but needs a couple of improvements Rated 4 out of 5 stars

I came back to Delicious after trying a number of other bookmark integrations with Firefox. Currently I use Firefox 7.0.1, and this Delicious add-on works OK.

I do notice some changes though, since Delicious was taken over by Avos, One is that tags are now delimited by commas and not by spaces. However, the Firefox add-on still instructs users to use... spaces! This caused me to add some bookmarks with long tags such as "firefox bookmarks extension" being added as one tag instead of three...

Suggested tags no longer appear either. It was really nice to add a bookmarks and see that Delicious already suggested some tags, but this no longer happens.

But it's still a great add-on for Firefox / Delicious users.

Personally, for Firefox I prefer Delicious than for example XMarks, because I can open Delicious' sidebar in Firefox and quickly search tags or description, while with XMarks it syncs with Firefox's bookmarks, and when typing a URL Firefox takes various seconds scanning its bookmarks ( > 1000 in my case) to offer me a suggestion.

PassIFox

Melhor que o KeeFox. O PassiFox foi muito simples de configurar e funcionou de primeira, enquanto que o KeeFox nunca funcionou direito em anos...

Better than KeeFox. PassiFox was easy to configure and worked immediately, while KeeFox never worked properly in a long time I tried it.

KeeFox

Looks good but I can't get it to work Rated 5 out of 5 stars

Keefox communicates with KeePass, and launches it. But that's it. I simply can't get it to detect forms, etc. The "Launch" button always says "Launch". I disabled Firewall, Anti-virus, everything, and just can't get them to talk to each other. I really appreciate this plug-in, but I haven't been able to find the solution for this.

EDIT: before I placed this comment I had already used the support forum tools many times and was not able to find a solution to the problem. Maybe it's just me.

AttachmentExtractor

Rated 4 out of 5 stars

Good add-o, BUT... but it keeps asking what I want to do when a file with the same name exists (overwrite, skip or rename). Even if I tick the "Don't ask me again" option, it still asks.

A great tool, but not having the "Don't ask me again" not working still requires a lot of user intervention.

BlunderDelay

Rated 5 out of 5 stars

It will work with Thunderbird 3.1.1:

1) Download the XPI file
2) Change the extension of the XPI file to ZIP
3) Un-zip the ZIP file
4) Open the file INSTALL.RDF in a text editor
5) Find the tag: 3.0.*
6) Change "3.0.*" to "3.1.*"
7) Re-Zip all the files
8) Rename the ZIP extension back to XPI
9) Install in Thunderbird. Restart it.

OBS 1: If installed already, uninstall it from Thunderbird first

OBS 2: You can usually edit the RDF file inside the ZIP file without having to un-ZIP/re-ZIP. Most ZIP programs should allow that.

And yes: why isn't this feature/option part of Thunderbird by default????
