My Reviews

v2.0.0 does not play well with Mail Summaries v1.1 Rated 5 out of 5 stars

When using CompactHeader 2.0.0 and Mail Summaries 1.1 are installed in Thunderbird 9, the title for the main tab does not update properly. The main tab title contains a folder icon with no text most of the time, but it will properly display the account name if an account is selected in the sidebar. However, clicking on a particular folder in the sidebar (inbox, outbox, etc.) does not update the tab title to show the folder name and account.

Great extension though. I have always loathed Thunderbird's huge header display.

Auto Shutdown NG

Rated 4 out of 5 stars

Very nice. I have been looking for an add-on like this since InBasic Auto Shutdown stopped being supported. It would be nice if there was a macro to hibernate in Windows XP/Vista/7.

By the way, is there a way to permanently remove the shutdown icon from the add-ons bar? If I remove the icon using the Firefox customize dialog the icon just reappears when I restart Firefox.

Keep up the good work.

Good but needs an update. Rated 3 out of 5 stars

I have used Sage for a number of years, and have absolutely loved it. However, it desperately needs to be updated. I would have given this a 5/5, but there are two issues that needs to be addressed:

1. Every time I open the Bookmarks Sidebar or organize my bookmarks, the title of the Sage Feeds folder is erased.

2. The aforementioned security issue is very concerning to me. I would definitely feel better if it were corrected.

I would really like to see these issues addressed soon. Other feed readers such as Brief and Feed Sidebar cannot be compared with the speed and simplicity of Sage. Please update this extension and keep it alive.
