You are truly my hero. You have done it. You found out a way to back up extensions (OPIE) and install them effortlessly (CLEO). It's the next best thing to an extension synchronizer there is out there. Thank you so much for all of your hard work. You currently have the most useful extensions out there! The firefox community owes you bigtime!!!This review is for a previous version of the add-on (4.1).
This extension allows you to eliminate the menu toolbar to save space. Many of the extensions come with toolbar buttons that can clutter up the browser window and waste valuable screen real estate. This nifty little add-on allows you to condense the menu bar into one button and get rid of the menu toolbar so that there is a little more left for the actual browser window. It also comes with options to customize the toolbar nearly any way you wish! Now that I have this, my screen looks better and I work better because I can see more of my address bar! (My screen got pretty cluttered with buttons from extensions). For an added bonus, use this with small icons to save even more space! One thing to look out for is that with this add-on, the bookmarks and history are moved to similar drop-down buttons. This can be a little confusing, as I ended up wondering where my bookmarks and history wen to on the screen. This is a must-have extension if you are a heavy Firefox user. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (4.1.4).
This add-on was a good idea. I really liked the idea of safer browsing that it offered. But the idea is better than the reality. This extension has blocked me from browsing normal websites on several occasions. I couldn't even order a pizza from Papa John's without it blocking my access to the confirmation page. The same thing happened with Amazon.com. I couldn't even check up on my book order without being blocked. I was miffed as to why, all of a sudden, my internet seemed to just stop working sometimes. I thought it was my router, my computer, or something else. It even prevented me from accessing the internet at my college campus. Once I removed it from Firefox, everything started working like normal again. I really wished this would have worked, but it really is not at a good point in development right now.
This is a very useful browser extension. It removes the three second delay from extension installs. I really like it because I download a lot of extensions at a time, and it makes things go faster. Of course, since the delay is a bit of a security measure, use it at your discretion. A fantastic and must-have none the less. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (2.4).
This has to be one of the best extensions ever. I really think there is a huge need for an extension like this. I used to have to create bogus email accounts for registrations all the time. Now I don't have to. THANK YOU!!! Keep them coming! This review is for a previous version of the add-on (2.1).
