Complete BS doesn't save anything requires PDF to be sent to email and PDFs never arrive. Upon trying to send feedback on via their own system get a 500 Server Error. A complete joke... avoid wasting your time.
Paid app, forced to pay for customization rather than limiting use or pages that you are able to save withing a session. A complete waste of time. Won't support any such practices especially when I can use OS X native PDF save from print.
Nice idea and may work fine until you hit the brick wall of error during synchronization. Whether is an unknown error or it has an error code associated to it (like 3 for instance).
You, like me, may think that you have find a perfect solution to your synchronization needs, but you would soon experience how wrong you were, my friend, are in for a bad trip and an endless disappointing search for a solution which will only bring you to more time wasted adding more frustration. The xMarks team is not listening or finding a viable solution/fix (it has been years this problem has plagued their plug-in and still no fix in sight. I had to uninstall because I need to use time to work, not to troubleshoot problem created by utilities that I started using to SOLVE a problem with the idea that by using that utility or plugin, it would lead to overall increased productivity and removal (as much as possible) of stress and frustrations, not their "exacerbation"!
Hopefully Xmarks will find a fix and it'll be a a great addition to anyone FF Addons. For the time being I am uninstalling.
Update: I supported it the paid version since it was "saved" by the online pledge and later bought by the same company making Last Pass. I like the extension even though some times when changing a few things via one computer/browser all others have issues to sync and need to do a full replace... so far the only thing out there that allows multi platform across muti browser so I'll deal with the kinks.
Neat add-on, simple and o the contrary of other ones out there it just works on most videos. Protected/obfuscated streams can't be captured but most of the rest work just fine. Wish had more options for file trans-coding.This review is for a previous version of the add-on (1.2.1).
No problems on my end. Apparently the add-on is no match for videos posted by ©ß∫ as those are not just user-posted videos and use a more complex method which protects against grabbing the video file via download... but if you can see it you can grab it ;-> just longer and more tedious task, but nonetheless feasible and needs to be done only once! ;-> (that's how it will be until someone can figure out otherwise)This review is for a previous version of the add-on (1.2.1).
Good for generic user's posted clips, but can't download episodes posted by CBS... Sorry not smart enough for them ;PThis review is for a previous version of the add-on (1.0).
Is it possible that this add-on would fail with Firefox running on Mac OS X 10.5.8? I click any of the links and get only a 0 bites file shown in the downloads list, but no file is actually downloaded locally. Can't rate at the moment since the problem seems to be on my end (?)This review is for a previous version of the add-on (1.2.1).
