Satisfied customer Rated 5 out of 5 stars

A lot of complaints it seems but I think this is a nice update, thanks to the developers for their work. I use it mainly for Daily Motion and my only request is the same as a previous commentator, could it be made compatible with DownThemAll so it's a little faster and there's a separate download window?

Still a problem Rated 5 out of 5 stars

Installed dwhelper-4.9.18a3 beta but still this video won't download. I tried every possible one:

Edit: After installing 4.9.18 the video does download now but you just have to make sure javascript is on, something that wasn't needed before but I'm not complaining, this is a great addon. Thanks to the developer for keeping up with the changes.

Broke again Rated 5 out of 5 stars

It's broken again in the latest Aurora and nightlies, even after 4.9.12. In fact no video downloaders work right that I can find.

Don't know what the firefox developers are doing except discouraging use of the newer versions.

Edit: after creating a temporary new profile your latest version does appear to work with the new download manager in UX nightly. But with "browser.download.useToolkitUI" set to true it doesn't, the box just pops up briefly then closes. Hope that helps.

Can you contact support at downloadhelper.net with details on your exact configuration ?

Broke in newer builds Rated 5 out of 5 stars

Excellent addon, one of the best for Firefox. But in the latest Aurora and Nightly builds it's broke and won't download anything.
