Why was UnMHT created?
I developed UnMHT to read the log files of a forum that I frequent.
(The forum's users uploaded their logs as MHT files, and I had to open Internet Explorer in order to read them because Firefox did not support the MHT format.)
So originally UnMHT 1) had only an extraction capability, 2) did not conform to RFC2557, and 3) supported only the log file.
After I released the first version, I got a lot of feedback from users and as a result I improved UnMHT's compliance and stability.
Later, I added the ability to save web pages ... as well as many other features requested by users.
What's next for UnMHT
I'm working on Ver.7.0.0 the next release version, including following improvement:
* HTML5 TRACK element support
* CSS filter, clip-path and mask support
* web font in pseudo element support (require Firefox 29 or later)
* Australis support
* many bug fix
