On many sites this causes a separate audio playback to start automatically Rated 4 out of 5 stars
For example on https://www.theclimategroup.org/news/world-first-100-multinationals-target-100-renewable-electricity the audio track of the video starts automatically when the page is loaded but no moving video is visible anywhere. Separately the actual video can be started manually from where the video element is visible on the page, in which case the audio synced with the video starts playing at the same time as the audio that has already played for a while at this point. It unfortunately ruins the experience on those sites.
Separately the video element size is often of different size than the original slot allocated for it, but this is certainly not a big problem as I often fullscreen the videos anyway.
EDIT I'm still experiencing the problems on some sites with this addon disabled so I'm starting to think it's actually the HTML5 video player in Firefox that is broken and not this plugin..

I simply love it! This is what I've been waiting for all these years :)
Can I send money somehow? :)
Now if it could "swap out" tabs that have not een used for a long time so they would not use memory.. but still preserve history etc..
