Lately this addon just chokes up my browser. I can't deal with it anymore.
Too bad, because when it used to work fine, it often saved me money.
It's sad that I HAVE to use this addon because Mozilla removed this basic feature. It's one of the things that makes Firefox what it is.This review is for a previous version of the add-on (1.0.6).
This is one of my must-haves. I actually have a hard time believing I ever used the web without it. I tend to open a lot of tabs and often don't finish going through them. With this I can just save them as a session and come back to them whenever. It also works great at backing up what I was looking at in case of a crash. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (0.8.0.8).
Unless I'm stupid, I don't see any simple way to add website searches to the search engine bar in Firefox. That's where this addon comes in. It lets me go to a website, right click the search field, and add it as a search engine that I can use anytime.
For extra greatness, use the 'context search' addon as well.
This is one of my must-haves, I use it all the time. I'll bet there's other addons that do the same thing, but this is the one I've been using and it's great.
I get all my favorite sites into the search engines bar with 'add to search bar' addon, and I use this addon to context search them all the time. I do mean all the time. I just can't use the web without this feature.
Love it, but now I can't use it. Could you please update this to work with Thunderbird 6?This review is for a previous version of the add-on (3.1.1).
I've had this one for quite a long time. It works as it's supposed to and I find it actually works well with the way I tend to browse images anyway. That is, I usually just open images in new tabs.
I have to agree with Dark Sigma on a previous review: "Great extension but an option for open the list of the image saved and confirm the list BEFORE saving will be an excellent idea."
It would be perfect if there was an option to review the images about to be saved in a list. As it is, you only get the list of images when you save. To re-iterate, it would be better if that list of images, rather than immediately saving the images, would wait for you to click select/de-select images in the list and then allow you to save them.
This add-on is right up there with Adblock Plus as my first and immediate installs. Too much of the web is blinding, headache inducing, white backgrounds. Thank you so much for this add-on. I've been using it a long time but never rated or reviewed.
Before using this, I manually changed the colors in FF. I even made a macro to do it quicker. This add-on is much more convenient than what I was doing.
Thank god somebody made this. I try to make a habit of checking links before I click on them, but sometimes I don't. That's when I wind up on myspace and suddenly have my ears and eyes raped by terrible music and shitty layouts.
YOU MUST make this Firefox 3 compatible. Firefox 3 tells me this is for an older version. Can I use it anyway? Think I will try. Definitely a necessary addon.
