My Reviews

Shareaholic | share with Google, Facebook and more

Nice, but.. Rated 4 out of 5 stars

I like the idea of linking everything together and the Right-Click context menu is handy. The only thing I'd really like to see is a way to "Shareaholic" webpages from the Statusbar. I use Vimperator add-on and so I don't see all the Toolbars and URL bars like most people do, and I noticed that the only Statusbar option is for the "BuzzNews" or something about "What's Hot". I'd just like a button for the statusbar that does what the other buttons for Toolbar or Right-Click Context menu does. Otherwise, this is a very handy and intuitive add-on! Well done.

Please update for linux! Would be wonderful compliment for Vimperator.

Fox Splitter (formerly Split Browser)

Rated 5 out of 5 stars

Yes! It's like a tiling window manager but for your web browser. Excellent add-on. :)

Tab Mix Plus

Rated 5 out of 5 stars

I love this extension. It's by far the most useful extension I downloaded. But I updated to the latest version and it doesn't work. Would love to see this updated.

Minthink Inspiration

Rated 3 out of 5 stars

Very nice and very simple. Click and you get a random website. Only thing is I wish you could have some control over what you "Minthink". Some of the sites I have absolutely no interest in but I can't tell Minthink Inspiration that, as there are no Preferences to change. When they say there are no limits, they're right. You visit anything and everything with a click. Alright if you like that sort of thing.

TagSifter

Rated 4 out of 5 stars

Great little add-on. I made sure to properly Tag my bookmarks before I installed this though, so I'm not sure how much work is involved in changing them afterwards, although I assume you just do it the way I did under Bookmarks > Organize. Anyway, I'm not gunna lie.. all that time renaming Tags was hard-work, but it was all worth in it in end; I have a very well organized Side-Bar /and/or Drop Down for my bookmarks and cute little icons to boot! Thanks, chiisaitsu! You've made my bookmarks easy and accessible and helped me discipline my chaotic ways in the process.

hmmXP for Firefox 3

Rated 1 out of 5 stars

Linux > Completely messed my FF up. I had to go to /home/myusername/.mozilla/firefox/myprofilename.default/extensions and delete the folder (hmmXP was named {224d6e00-0336-11dd-95ff-0800200c9a66} for me) after that I restarted and it opened FF with OS integrated colors. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS THEME!

Daum Blue

Oh, I love this theme. Exactly what I was looking for, I just wish it was for Linux. Please, as you see, others would like this for Linux too. :)

DragNDrop Toolbars

Simply moves one above other Rated 4 out of 5 stars

Nice concept but I was hoping you could drag it to the bottom where the statusbar is located. Also cannot drag next to another toolbar, and when I go to Right-Click on a toolbar and click the Customize, I can't seem to move my buttons around. I disabled this add-on and restarted and I could then move them, but when it's enabled I cannot. Running Linux, wonder if that has an effect. Anyway, I do like the concept of this add-on, I just wish there was more freedom.

Hide My Ass!

Rated 1 out of 5 stars

Creates lots of pop-ups while browsing when the add-on is enabled and does not hide IP address either. Would also be nice to remove the "Hide My Ass!" text and just have the icon. Disappointment - uninstalled after just one day.

Traction Control

Rated 4 out of 5 stars

This add-on is beautiful and functions well with all my other add-ons. I also agree that it would be nice to keep the history across restarts with a user defined X amount of days. Looks very nice though and opens smooth. Be nice to see an add-on like this for bookmarks as well.

DragNDrop Toolbars

Rated 3 out of 5 stars

Nice concept but I was hoping you could drag it to the bottom where the statusbar is located. I've already tried Organize Status Bar and Statusable but I can't add non-status buttons to it like the Back / Forward or address bar. I do like the concept of this add-on though, I just wish there was more freedom. But yes, with this add-on you can drag the toolbars to be above or below the other one.
