This injects a jQuery warning into every tab: “Importing XUL nodes into a content document is deprecated. This functionality may be removed soon.”. The 1.5.1 version (for Chrome) just got rid of the jQuery dependency, which apparently improved the memory footprint.
Gives a lot of info at a glance. There's a non-default setting to make it colour the location bar, which makes it subliminal.
The only thing I would want to be improved is the layout within the pop up, which looks a bit messy. The gear icon isn't right-aligned, the text is at different sizes, and some of the text would look better with a table or grid-like alignment.
I hope this is marked compatible soon, but until then:

This extension seems to interact with the add-on manager, and breaks with the latest nightlies. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (1.47.4).
This crashes Minefield/3.7a1pre when I click on the star to edit an existing bookmark. 3.7a1pre isn't in the supported version range, but I'd like to use OpenBook with it all the same.
Neat, can you make it work for 3.6a1pre?This review is for a previous version of the add-on (1.0.2).
I noticed this has a performance impact (according to the "this script is slow" firefox alerts). This review is for a previous version of the add-on (0.8.11).
Minor improvement request: can you ellipsize the redirect notification? Redirects to long urls make a scrollbar appear. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (0.5.3).
Woo, bug 465673 (successor to 262459 and 161836) is finally landing after all these years! This review is for a previous version of the add-on (0.3.3).
Little known fact: firefox already has this, in the form of the top right magnifying glass icon. If you have no text in the search field, it takes you to the search engine's home page.
Middle-click or control-click opens it in another tab. Ctrl-K, Del, Alt-enter has the same effect.
Are you aware of link widgets - https://addons.mozilla.org/fr/firefox/addon/2933 ?
Link widgets enables prev/next buttons (as well as first, last, up…) for the link-rel microformat, falling back on numbering and other heuristics if need be.
Very convenient. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (1.0.2).
This is not a scientific assessment, but I think this addon has been causing me performance grief. I just disabled the extension and firefox is working as normal. Before that, I got cpu spikes of a few minutes while the browser wasn't redrawn and ram was growing.
