Works very well. However, to avoid the need for pressing F11, it would be interesting that windows opened with "fullscreen=yes" (or maybe when the intended size is equal or greater than the monitor size) were automatically opened in full screen, if the user wants such behaviour. Currently you only can only configure automatic full screen for all windows or for none window... but for a single window it is a manual process (regardless the window intended open mode). This review is for a previous version of the add-on (3.1).
In firefox 3.0.5 (original download from mozilla) for linux, after entering in full screen, one second later the window scrolls down a few pixels and show a few pixels of the upper menu. This can avoided by deselecting the "Hide toolbars" firefox option (unfortunately, enabled by default, I think). This is a bit annoying in order to create a web site easily usable in true full screen mode by novice users.
